Someone told me the steak tacos were great ..if you like over pepperd
meat..waitress brought food and one drink and NEVER returned once..not once
.I even had to get up to request the check..I will say she was busy BUT the lack of any service was unacceptable.

They're not stingy on the food and they are not stingy on the liquor drinks. I recommend the Long Island!!!

Dirtiest bar in Brookfield now that brixies was turned into a brewery. Bartenders have an attitude and are slow to serve. And the worst: watch a guy take care of the trash from the bar, by the popcorn machine, never wash his hands and go right back to making ur food.

Great atmosphere , The bouncer was very welcoming which made an impact. Drink prices were great. We came with a party of apx 15 people and they easily accommodated us. A potential fight was controlled extremely well by the staff (we were not involved but impressed with how everyone's safety was prioritized) Definitely recommend. Definitely suggest for a group of coworkers looking to meet up.I dont find the last review accurate lol i actually thought it was very clean and well kept but hey to each their own. Will visit again!

I have been to Phil’s a few times. I came tonight to watch the women’s basketball game. They had a bouncer at the door who scanned my ID (which is a TN license where I currently live now) and was flagged as a fake and told me to leave? Im from this area and lived down the street my whole life. Im also 28 years old so I don’t look like a baby so he was clearly being petty.Aside from that last time I was there I found a fly in my torta so if you go at least don’t order the food.

Had a negative experience w/the bartender. I witnessed an encounter between a male and 3 females and the bartender didn’t handle the situation properly. She was dismissive to the females, asked them to leave but let the guy stay in the bar. The guy that was rude to the females is the bartender’s boyfriend so of course she took his side. Also, if you’re paying with a credit card please make sure to check your receipt. The Bartender decided to tip herself $20.00.The atmosphere can use an UPGRADE with their decor and bar stools.Their steak tacos are DELICIOUS!

Recently experienced a horrible, scary and racist experience at this place! The fact that the bartender on duty (name starts w/a C) did NOT handle the situation properly and allowed for him to get in a females face approaching her to hit her is beyond unbelievable and by far unacceptable!! She seen it for herself and yet didn’t handle the situation accordingly!!! Not only did she allow that situation to fly but she took the liberty to tip herself!!! That’s called Fraud hun!!!! Today is $10-$20 what next time is $50-$100?!?!? Skip this place instead and if you do go pay cash or make sure to HANG ON to your receipt’s until the charge has been completed completely!!!!

Unfortunately, I had a horrible racist experience at this place. Not only do you get treated poorly and side eyed if you’re a person of color but the bartender who’s name starts with a C will treat you as if you’re an inconvenience. I will not be posting her name for her sake and to show her I’m not I’ll hearted like her! All I have to say is be careful going here and make sure to Keep and Check your receipts. This particular bartender will tip herself on your behalf if you’re paying with a card!

Phil's is a terrific neighborhood bar! Not only is the staff friendly, they have a lot of fun entertainment such as darts, games, slots, touch tunes music, multiple tv's, they have some of the best tacos, fresh made chips and salsa and delicious wings! Great any time of day, I've gone for lunch, drinks after work or late night tacos.
