Great atmosphere , The bouncer was very welcoming which made an impact. Drink prices were great. We came with a party of apx 15 people and they easily accommodated us. A potential fight was controlled extremely well by the staff (we were not involved but impressed with how everyone's safety was prioritized) Definitely recommend. Phil's is a terrific neighborhood bar! Not only is the staff friendly, they have a lot of fun entertainment such as darts, games, slots, touch tunes music, multiple tv's, they have some of the best tacos, fresh made chips and salsa and delicious wings! Great any time of day, I've gone for lunch, drinks after work or late night tacos.

meat..waitress brought food and one drink and NEVER returned once..not once
.I even had to get up to request the check..I will say she was busy BUT the lack of any service was unacceptable.
Corner bar with food ..nothing else
