This is one of the best location I’ve come across. I drive 25 mins just to come to this location they make my drink perfect every single time. I would give them 1 million stars if I could.!

Not great. I ordered three kids scoops and asked them to redo them because they were hollow inside. If you don’t know how to scoop ice cream, then you should reconsider your profession.

I should have check reviews first. DO NOT order online. Their stuff has no idea how to handle online orders. We ordered online a cake for BDay party (order 3684 May 7) . When I came to pick up I have been told there is no such order and online system is not working. The worst thing the lady while talking just turned and walked away. After I left with nothing my wife called to cancel $75 order and turned out the cake is there and ready. A miracle! That was a sarcasm. The same lady found our cake 10 min after she lied to me that online system is not working. No apologies, nothing. Never again I will use their service. Since I live close by, my neighbors will know that too.

Worst Dunkin Donuts location.I ordered for a Avacado toast and the guy applied avacado on bread and toasted entire part. And aprinkled sugar on it. Its gross.Ice cream is the funny part. For a single scoop any Baskin Robbins location gives a good 1 and 1/2 scoop. Here they gave almost 1/3rd of a scoop and argues when asked about it.Worst service!
First time I went here the ice cream was melting and dripping off my sons ice cream before I got to the register. Second time ice cream was soft straight out of the freezer and never sat right on the cone. There won't be a third time! If they want to save money on refrigeration costs then don't sell ice cream!

They obviously did not understand that "chocolate" means "chocolate", not "Chocolate-peanut butter". I am allergic to peanuts. Fortunately, I only had a spoonful, but this could've really made me sick!

Ordered a 2 scoop sundae...they had to get one of the flavors from the freezer. My husband ordered the same with yogurt..he was asked about toppings and got whipped cream, nuts and a cherry. I was never asked about toppings and received nuts, whipped cream and a cherry...none of which I asked for or wanted. I wanted hot fudge...they were out . Carmel? Yes so I got that. By this time the ice cream was half melted! Went to pay and we wanted a bag. We were handed an open empty bag. Literally the worst service ever! Won't be going back.
