I am a glutton for punishment. The last 3 times I have ordered there I have gotten so sick. Food tastes fine but within several hours I get food poisoning. I think its a hygiene issue or bad food storage there. I always give them another chance thinking it will be fine but its not. Other locations I don't get sick. 3 strikes and they're out.

Been there twice lately and frozen cokes hardly frozen. Just tell me machine not working when ordering. Person wouldn’t refund when I didn’t want to accept. I had just throw them away.This used to be my go to location but not anymore..
There is a leak in their roof. Water splashed on me through a buldging hole in the drop ceiling. I told the manager but he didn't care. They could get shut down by the county health dept.

Went to this location. Terrible customer service. Employees act like ordering from them is causing them trouble. Asked for honey mustard and they only gave me one. when I asked for more they wanted 25 cents. For a billion dollar company to charge extra for sauce is sad and pathetic.Edit- food was cold too.

Very good ,I ordered a impossible whopper,a fish sandwich and large onion rings this is the first time since I have ordered at this location the food was perfect ,and the presentation even after unwrapping the sandwiches was perfect it was how it's advertised ,thank you! A different gentleman at the window he must be new ,great job!!! Great customer service He was very professional ,Thank you!!

Went through the drive through trying to redeem a coupon through the app. The app was not giving me a code so I tried asking for help. All he kept saying “you don’t have a code you don’t have a coupon. Didn’t offer any help and was just plain rude.
