They were offering a grilled hot autumn special sandwich but it came to cold with the cheese not melted. The apple drink was good but tasted thin, I was expecting a thicker drink based on apple cider, I guess. Overall, not one of my favorite lunches at Cafe Zupas but there's other food choices there that are rewarding.

Huge shoutout to Alex at Zupas in Buffalo Grove! Even though it was busy, he was so friendly, patient, and encouraged us to try as many soups as we wanted. When we accidentally ordered the wrong one, he replaced it with the right soup at no charge and was so kind about it. Awesome service—thanks, Alex! Also- we appreciate how kid friendly it is, and love the delicious food too!

Used to be a fan of the food but my latest experience has soured me completely on this place. I ordered delivery through their app. 20 minutes after my order should have arrived, the driver notified me they could not complete my order. I attempted to call the store for a replacement or refund and got no reply. No options in the app for support on an order. My only recourse was to respond to an experience feedback survey online, after which it took two days to get the response “we will issue the refund as a one-time exception, but it is against our policy”. Next time I’ll spend my money somewhere I know I’ll actually get something in exchange for it.

Ordeed pick two & salad & the chicken chili - had some unidentifiable & a bit scary looking in it - of course wasn’t comfortable eating any of my meal & zupa after a long while, decided to only refund me for the soup - even though I sent them a picture of this weird thing with some kind of tail and they made it sound like they were going out if their way to it - was a Custer but not anymore

This place has the absolute worst service for ordering online. The last few times I’ve ordered here for drive thru they have taken 20+ minutes to bring food. Today was the last straw, I waited over 35mins in the drive thru with kids in the car and we ended having to go inside because the food was taking so long. Never going back again.
