Too expensive. They give a small salad and small bowl of soup and a drink for $17xx. Then when you run a credit card they ask you for a tip! I say let the employer give their people a bonus. What they served cost them less than $5.00 to make. Inflation is one thing but milking the customer has gotten real old to me!

Had an amazing experience at Zupas! The staff, especially Jenni, went above and beyond with their friendliness. The food not only matched its picture perfectly but tasted incredible—presentation and flavors both five-star quality. Even tried their seltzers, a fantastic choice for anyone looking to boost their protein intake in a delicious way. The bathrooms were super clean and very well-presentable, adding to the overall excellent visit. Plus, it’s located near lots of cool spots. A great place for healthy, protein-packed meals. Highly recommend!

A small soup was $8. I had mushroom bisque and it was ok but nothing special. Ok butter for the roll and no crackers. I wouldn't go back. The only part that was good was they have a drive through window.

Used to be good, but is now one of the most consistently bad dining experiences I can think of. Last time they entirely forgot an item in my Try 2 Combo, shorted me a dessert, and gave my wife the wrong sandwich. This time though? The sandwich I got was DROWNING in mayonnaise, the contents just spilled out with a big gloop of it. The salad I got had *mushy* apples in it, the consistency of wet sawdust. I bit into the dinner roll with the salad and the middle of it was raw, doughy, chewy like gum. Desperate for any sort of bright spot in the meal I unwrapped my strawberry and it looked like the picture below, just a pale disgusting piece of fruit. I bit into it anyway and it was partially frozen inside. I basically wound up throwing out my whole meal. This is on top of a general decline in the service here - it's slow and the employees don't seem happy to be there at all.Avoid this location like the plague. And don't bother replying to me about how sorry you are about my experience, you've done this multiple times and will NEVER get another chance from me or anyone else I can tell to avoid this place.
Fast food restaurant. You pick the bowl dish you want, and they fill the order in front of you. Portion size was okay. I wish they had alternative proteins like tofu. Mine was usually made with chicken. They took out the chicken and added more rice. Overall, it was okay. Great selection for the meat eaters. They need better options for the Plant-based vegans.Vegetarian options: You have to read the menu and modify your order.

I love the food here. I did not like that my hot sandwich and its grill ticket were put in the same plastic box as my cold salad and choco strawberry.
