I love chik fil a as much as the next guy but this location does not impress! First of all I just got 2 ends of a pickle on my sandwich and that's it... Second, I ordered grilled nuggets but got regular.

Overall, this is my favorite fast food restaurant in the area. For me, chicken is a little bit too salty but is still much better than other places. I must mention that the service is always great.
the worst thing about service!!! They are just in no hurry!!! I ordered takeaway food many times, always waited from 15 to 35 minutes, I thought something would change, but nothing changes! They just walk around the kitchen, laugh and talk, and this is despite the fact that I ordered in the morning and when I arrived my order was the only one!!! I ordered in advance arrived in 10 minutes and they told me to wait another 15 minutes!!! I will not order here again!!! the worst place

Just returned from Buffalo Grove location. Ordered two Chick-fil-A sandwiches to orders of waffle fries and 6 sauces - all listed on receipt. Got home after 20 minute ride home and - no sauces were in my bag. If Chick-fil-A is telling us that we need to check the bag like we do a McDonald’s drive thru - then I unfortunately their service is going downhill.

When we drove into the drive thru- i accidentally paid with mobile order and one lady goes “okay what about it” then she gave me attitude and was being very disrespectful. i ordered sweet tea and they gave me water instead… this isn’t what i signed up for at all. i just waisted $12 on food that’s not worth driving too.

Went through the drive thru had to wait so onw of the girls asked me if I could move up then from my rear view mirror I saw a girl make a face and she had someone else bring my food and with am attitude said "here and next time park in the corner there are cars behind you that can't get through" I said I'm sorry but she wasn't specific as to where to park and the girl just walked away...There was no need for the attitude.

Was at this location to get some food from drive thru, ordered nuggets, fries, mac&cheese, 3 types of sauces and a milkshake. Specific asked for a fork, TWO times, because my daughter was going to eat it while I am driving, plus I got mac & cheese, so a fork or a spoon should be put in my order without having to request it. As we drove away and opened the bag, we realized that they never gave us neither a fork, nor a spoon. And, not a single napkin was added. Quite upsetting.

When I saw no customers in the drive thru, I thought GREAT! The woman took my oder, gave me my food, and then vanished.! Very strange, she left my drink on the countertop and vanished! Lol Eventually, I saw a manager and asked for the rest of my order that I paid for. Very strange! Chick Fila in Buffallo Grove #05262 DO BETTER!

This is a part of the Newtown center. It’s great to see. They opened up a location down the street for me. I also noticed that they have one of the coolest new drive-through set ups. Yes, the area is still under construction so it’s kind of hard to get in and out of sometime other than that, pretty much a really solid place to get a good chicken sandwich.

I work at chick-fil-A as a manager in Alabama and never have I seen such a bad and ignorant customer service. If I turned my back like the lady did at window when I was talking to her I would get in trouble. Also what happened to saying my pleasure. She gave me my food, turned her back on me and closed the door. And saying what is definitely not acceptable if you don’t understand a customer. Not at CFA
