I can’t say enough good things about this Chick-fil-A and their amazing team! During bingo night I accidentally dropped my wallet and didn’t even realize it for three days (thanks to Apple Pay I didn’t miss it right away). When I finally stopped by to check the lost & found, the store manager went above and beyond—he searched for a good 10 minutes and actually found my wallet safe and sound.

The relief and gratitude I felt was incredible. It’s rare to experience this level of honesty and care these days, and it really shows how much pride this store takes in taking care of their guests. I’m beyond thankful, and because of this experience I’ll definitely be stopping by every week for my favorite iced coffee.

Thank you again to the whole team—you turned what could have been a stressful situation into a heartwarming reminder of kindness and integrity!

It’s my first time coming to this store, that probably just opened for not so long time, it’s not well organized .
I came in today to pick up my online order knowing my food was ready. I was standing in front of the pick up area for maybe 5 mins and got no attention, my name did show up on the screen under the ready list, I was a bit frustrated because my kid was waiting outside in the car. I needed help to know what’s going on, so I wanted to ask staff in the back area where my food is, upon approaching the back area , that finally triggered the cashier to talk to me, asked me just to wait, who is not friendly at all, even a bit confrontational. So the overall pick up experience is bad, the process is not informative, not intuitive , it’s worse than the one nearby in Vernon Hills.

Staff accidentally punctured the styrofoam cup when they placed it in the holder causing the cardboard cup holder to break and the shake to spill. Went back to the store to try and get it replaced but the rude employee said that's beyond their control. Accidents happen,I understand that, but I just wanted it replaced since we didn't get to enjoy any of our drinks. Felt like I was taking money right out of the employees pocket. Definitely will not be returning.

I ordered through the drive thru and my order had the wrong contents despite the receipt on the side being correct. Upon requesting the correct order I received the smallest chick n’ strips I have ever seen. Not to mention they were mostly breading from the fryer barley were chicken.
