Bought 12pcs grilled chicken nugget but there was only 10pcs on it.. Also, 2pcs of them have bone on it.. bones in the nugget?? feel like I was scammed. Won’t coming back there.

This Chick-fil-a was absolutely filthy. Sauce crusted onto the floor, utensils and trash strewn on the sauce counter, and most tables having spills on them. The food, however, came out within a minute of ordering and was perfectly hot. The atmosphere was nice with classical music playing, but unfortunately, the employees laughing, arguing, and overall comments blared louder than the music throughout the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Wonderful play place

Newer location with a small kids area and a sink outside the washrooms for kids to wash their hands. Had to pay 50 cents for salad dressing at this location but have never had to at other locations.
Yes this place just opened and maybe they are understaffed in the previous reviews but my experience today was great! I came in on MLKjr day around 11am. I had a large order and yes I had to wait about 12mins. The food was fresh and delicious! The customer service was great! The young lady taking my order was so nice! On the receipt it said her name was "Marshall" so shoot out to her! The restaurant was extremely clean and they have a great area with sinks to wash your hands and a fun kid zone too. I love the modern decor! I will definitely come back here!

The inside of the restaurant feels cold and dirty cheap material the service is super bad they interrupted when I am ordering and they don't give me all my food. I when home and come back they forgot my 2 wraps what is the point of giving me a huge bag if they are not going to put everything

This is not your typical Chick-fil-A restaurant. Definitely geared more towards mobile orders and drive thru orders.Parking: Strange parking situation at this location.
They forgot my sauce and were very rude to me about my cow toy that was laying around and I found.

I know this is a newer place, but the layout of this Chick-fil-A makes the place feel less welcoming. Usually you have a counter you walk up to, this has what looks like a desk, with a register. There's not very many tables and chairs, so not many people can sit down. This isn't my usual cfa to go to, but went to this one a few times bc it was right on the way to where we were going. The drive thru is complicated too.
