What a nice staff. Especially the manager, they made a mistake with my order but corrected it and made me appreciate their kindness. This is the only place I will get my Cinnabon’s from now on even if it will be out of my way. Thank you.

Of course they are good but extremely expensive. The main issue I had is I wanted them to pack up a fresh box for me but they refused and told me if I wanted a box, I had to buy the ones that were prepackaged. For this reason I probably will not go back here.

This the cleanest and busiest Cinnabon I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff and very attentive. I am so happy that I now have a local Cinnabon. This is a one-stop shop offers Jamba Juice, Cinnabon, and Auntie Anne’s pretzels.My favorite spot for my delicious cravings!

I am so happy that this tri-brand exists so close to me! It makes me even happier when the Cinnabons are so warm and gooey, you can tell that they’re made fresh. Service was excellent and staff were respectful and attentive. I strongly recommend this location to all my friends and those reading this review!
Disappointing Visit – Overcooked and Underwhelming
I recently visited the new Cinnabon location in the freshly constructed building. While the place itself is immaculate and well-kept, that was the only positive aspect of my visit.
To start, they were out of regular Cinnabons when I arrived. The employee said there would be a 6-minute wait, which was reasonable, so I placed my order. However, it took closer to 10 minutes—not a huge delay, but the end result was far from worth it.
The Cinnabons were overcooked, dry, and lacked the signature gooey center that makes them so delicious. On top of that, the cinnamon flavor was barely noticeable, and there was hardly any frosting—just a sad, thin layer that didn’t come close to the usual generous amount.
For a brand known for its rich, indulgent rolls, this was a major letdown. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.
