The food at Culver’s is always good, so our family visits often. However, the drive-thru staff—a young man who looks like he’s in high school or early 20s—consistently writes customers’ names wrong, even very common English names that anyone would recognize. This makes it feel like he’s playing around with customers’ names. This has happened multiple times, and his attitude came across as harsh and careless. We usually visit this location, but now we’ll go to a different location instead, even though it’s a bit farther, because the staff there are polite and much more friendly. It’s disappointing for a place our family visits so often.

This location is always clean, very welcoming and has friendly workers. They are patient with you ordering and making customizations. Very short wait time for food. Chicken was hot, crispy and had a great taste. Always enjoy stopping by for tenders or butter burgers. We love ordering the family size onion rings!

Custard was so mouthwateringly good that it gave me sphenopalatineganglioneuralgia. The burger and fries's taste reminded me of the eellogofusciouhipoppokunuriously stunning ambience of lake chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg. Customer service was very quick and easy to go through, very kind people! Would recommend going here as this restaurant is the opposite of floccinaucinihilipilification!

I got an ice cream I didn’t realize I order straight cookie in my ice cream I understand it’s mint cookie but there isn’t any ice cream to eat , top of that the ice cream only had half a cup not the full cup

Also has lack of basic English capabilities and also came up to me with my receipt saying I cannot rip my receipt up because I was going to get my free ice cream when it does NOT make a difference and does not say its required to keep the receipt in one piece.
Patty the manager was extremely rude and was visibly annoyed with asking for any modification to our order. She lacks basic English language capabilities and took a long time to order. She yelled at my family members due to us cutting up the receipt to redeem the free 1 scoops.
