So today, my wife ordered from a nearby Dunkin via the app but picked the wrong one. She was in a hurry and screwed up and was about to just have to drive away empty handed. They didn't have the order showing, because it was the wrong one and she didn't have time to drive to the other. The owner asked if it was a big order and it wasn't especially. He then gave her what she ordered and didn't charge her a dime even though the other Dunkin got the money. She told me the story tonight and I feel compelled to write a review. This guy is doing everything right. Just wow. That's unheard of level customer service these days. He will get that money back easily, plus a lot more visits over the course of a year from us. It's worth the couple minutes extra drive for that.

The staff are incredibly friendly, great service and very helpful. The food quality is very good, especially in comparison to other Dunkins.
Would’ve rated the food higher if i got everything I paid for. Manger or whoever runs the afternoon shift here on Sunday straight up refused to give me my sandwich despite seeing on the receipt that I had paid for one. They can’t read nor can they make any of the food items I did receive correctly. This is one of those bad Dunkin’s.

Rude and unpleasant staff, the woman who worked today was rude and unprofessional, I stood there for about 10 minutes until someone came to me and took my order, despite the fact that there was no one else in the cafe. And even then my order was taken incorrectly, although I repeated it several times. I came here often, but I have no desire to return anymore

Very clean and neat shop. I ran into this location at 11am today to pick up some donuts, and loved everything. All donuts were super fresh and organized very neatly, the lady who helped was super nice, I picked out the ones that I wanted. Great customer service and a very clean DD.
