And even then my order was taken incorrectly, although I repeated it several times. I came here often, but I have no desire to return anymore

Very clean and neat shop. I ran into this location at 11am today to pick up some donuts, and loved everything. All donuts were super fresh and organized very neatly, the lady who helped was super nice, I picked out the ones that I wanted. Great customer service and a very clean DD.

I used to visit regularly, but will no longer. They're rude and rush you out of there. Have some personality. Don't give your regular everyday customers attitude about ordering on the app shortly before coming to the window. I am often in a rush, and I order as I'm driving to the restaurant. I'll order how I'd like to order, thank you. You've lost my business, I won't be back. They complain to their customers about ordering on the app shortly before coming to the speaker. How is that worse than ordering when youve arrived at the speaker? How about not saying ANYTHING to your customers that pay $10 for coffee everyday? Food quality is subpar.
