Asked for a winter Berry Sangria refresher with black tea, 3 pumps of liquid sugar. Easy right? Wrong. One sip and it was COFFEE. straight, coffee. Everyone who tasted it, agreed they only taste burnt coffee. Unfortunately For me I have a medical condition and I can't have that much coffee, so for me it ended up causing a medical episode while I was at work. Thankfully it wasn't serious as I barely touched my drink after that first sip. But if you want a drink and you want it RIGHT. Go elsewhere. I will only visit this location because I got a free refresher coupon. Otherwise, this was a HUGE miss.

Today i ordered a Multi grain bagel from Dunkin’ donut a lady named Angi prepared it so hard that it would break my tooth .
Very irresponsible head strong doesn’t listen to what the customer says .

Easily the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. Way, way, way worse than the one just a bit further up McHenry.
Staff was rude, acted like they didn't know what was in my order, were incapable of finding my order by my name OR their app order #. I thought the whole point of ordering ahead on the app was to save time and make everything easier? I swear every time I wind up talking to MORE people and waiting longer than if I just walked in an ordered.
When I finally got home with everything and opened it up it was bad. The bagel sandwich I got had a soggy, untoasted bagel that was all smashed. The sausage patty was pale grey and slimy, and the cheese was all over the wrapper. The coffee tasted burned.
On top of all that, the lot this thing is in sucks to get into and navigate, especially compared to the McDonalds right across the intersection which as a way better breakfast and coffee.

This morning, I got food poisoning after drinking coffee here. The coffee tasted off, but I was thirsty and took a few more sips. I knew something was wrong. Coffee should never taste like that. I stopped drinking it, but two hours later, I had diarrhea and stomach pain. It was awful.
The man poured the coffee from a tap, and I suspect he used leftover coffee from yesterday. I’ll never coming back here, and I’m going to tell everyone I know about this experience.
Someone could seriously get sick or worse from your food. Please take hygiene and food safety more seriously!

I took one sip of the iced coffee this morning and immediately knew something was wrong.. It tasted really really terrible, nothing like coffee. Not long after, I got really bad diarrhea and felt like I had food poisoning. This was a horrible experience. Never coming back.

I’ve been here a couple times and I feel like the sweets are always pretty solid so donuts and ice cream are great but every time I get a savory meal I let down a little bit. Just my two cents. I’ve been to a lot of pumpkins in my time so my rating is not based off food preference but really just based off other Duncan experiences I’ve had.
