Just went inside to make a purchase. The entire donut/pastry case is filled with fruit flies. I told the lady working there but she just looked at me with a blank stare. She said it's only the glazed ones. She shook the tray and a ton of flies went flying all over the place. I just hope they don't serve those muffins/donuts/munchkins to anyone in the drive thru who will not see all those flies. It was so disgusting!

I mean, it’s Dunkin- if you’re expecting a Gordon Ramsey experience, you’re the problem. Coffee is decent unlike other places that make coffee kind of watery. Donuts are alright, not a huge fan of donuts but impressed with their specialty donut of the month ?

Will not be returning to this establishment, at this location, again. Felt extremely frustrated and ashamed. The staff was rude and when asked to give a refund on a item-refused! Had to ask to get the rest of my order, a plastic bag (which they said was too big), and a cup holder for the beverages. I was carrying 2 beverages, a box of donuts and hashbrowns to my car!

Mayuri is very nice. She even knows our orders by our voices. Shes polite to all and all her other employees under her are the same. So nice to know pleasant business people. I ordered a medium frozen coffee with carmel and when I asked 2 separate individuals, if my coffee was carmel because it looked like chocolate they assured me it was in fact Carmel. Unfortunately, no no no its Frozen Hot Chocolate with Chocolate syrup. Not even coffee... Seriously ?

This store has been great since it opened. Today I ordered a coffee and 2 hot chocolate on way to work and as soon as I left the parking lot my coffee spilled. Went back 30 min later and they were nice enough to replace it. The store is super clean always and the staff are polite and easy to speak to. Highly recommend

I love this location. The indoor atmosphere is spacious and festive, and the young(er) staff are fast, pleasant, and very accommodating. Of the many Dunkin' Donuts I've visited, this is my favorite.
