Great food and portion sizes!

Not very knowledgeable in Middle Eastern food, but have u ever want to try at Middle Eastern places and wish u should order a cheese burger from somewhere else afterwards? Will, not happening here! I tried beef and chicken, and they were nice change from cheese burgers! Plan to go back many more, also they have great price on their lunch specials!

I set up an online order for the next day and set it up to be delivered. The online setup up is not good at all. They have a bunch of different delivery fees listed. I think they had a list from 5 dollars to 15 dollars, and you added it to your order. No explanations abou which one you should pick. The site also says your first order will be delivered free. Since this order was for a meeting I was giving. I tried calling to confirm it would be delivered. No one ever answered, and the message said the person has not set up a voicemail yet. I tried calling again the next day to confirm the order and that it would be delivered. They open at 11 am. I started calling at 10:30 am. I had left a note under special instructions since there was not a way to pick a delivery time or even an option for delivery in the first part, it said order for pick up. I called multiple times even as I was driving to the store because I had no faith it would be delivered. It was now 11:50 am, and still no answer. It turns out they use someone's cell phone as the business line. He said he never heard it ring. Since I had called the number at least 5 times in the last hour, I just hit redial and his phone rang lound and clear. It was very frustrating and I had to leave a meeting I was giving to get the food. The food was good, a little dry but good.

I love this place so much! The sandwiches have a very good taste! The food is cooked and my food was served really quick. I love how there’s music and the vibe is Mediterranean. I would go to the restaurant every time I feel down because the falafel makes you feel like at home. 10/10 recommend. The workers are really nice. I had a party of 15 people and they were really nice about it and still gave good service and the food was hot and quick even though we ordered a lot.

I tried so many shawarma sandwiches in Chicago this place is the best taste and the closest taste to Jordanian

Portions are good and food tastes great. I had a combo plate and last time I had the beef shawarma, it was also very good. You can’t go wrong with this place.

They make my absolute favorite grape leaves. The staff is very friendly, and helpful when it comes to navigating their menu. I enjoyed all their sauces & the crunchyness on their falafel

We had chicken shawarma entree with rice and Arabian style chicken shawarma, lentil soup. All the items were fresh, good and tasty. Portions are really large, hummus and falafel were lip-smacking. The owners or the chef were friendly and gave us complimentary dessert baklava which was very fresh and had the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommend this place for fresh Mediterranean food.

I wish I could give a negative review. They could not prepare a single food properly (except the hummus) that I ordered. I have not found any Mediterranean restaurant that bad in this neighborhood. I ordered chicken shawarma sandwich, chicken kebab, kofta kebab, fries, hummus, pita. The only special request I made in the instruction was to make the food little bit spicy and that’s where they messed up big time. They just dumped a lot of chilli paste on top of every dish which ruined the taste completely. Regret my $100 spent with this restaurant. This is my first time and will not order ever again.
