I ordered butter chicken here for my lunch today it was literally a raw tomato paste cooked a little bit with sour cream and tiny chicken pieces in it left overs, very sour taste not even fresh I immediately started throwing up after a while of eating this even a very little ,when i called restaurant and explained How it tasted to let them know ,chef and front desk themselves are shouting this is how we make and don’t order or come next time not even ready to take the review supporting themselves that no one complains , for 20$ price i never had this worst butter chicken i would make better one than this in 2min not suggesting this place at all, earlier also had bad experiences here!!

Hi,
We had a very disappointing experience at this Buffalo Grove location. The servers were unwelcoming and quite rude. We were two families who decided to stop by for dinner after the gym, as our toddlers were hungry. Upon walking in on a Friday evening, we noticed 4–5 empty tables with no “Reserved” signs.
When we asked for a table, no one responded. We stood at the front counter waiting, but the staff completely ignored us. As an Indian restaurant, it was disheartening to see fellow Indians being treated so poorly. This is not the hospitality or cultural warmth one would expect.
If the owner is reading this, please address the behavior of your staff — their lack of manners is driving away customers and giving the restaurant a bad reputation.

I’ve been looking for a decent Indian restaurant for a while and have finally found one! This is the best Indian food I’ve had since arriving in the US 12 years ago. The chicken tikka was delicious, and they’ve made a lot of effort with the decor to create a pleasant ambiance,

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Every single time we order takeout out they knock it out of the park. We love their butter chicken, paneer dishes, and chicken biryani. Everything is great here.
Let’s start with the ambience — warm, authentic, and beautifully done. The space gives off a cozy yet refined vibe. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and professional, adding to the overall experience.
As for the food, we ordered Cheesy Malai Broccoli, Dal Makhani, and Butter Roti. While we didn’t order a lot, the portion sizes were generous and more than satisfying. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience — great vibes, great service, and great food. Will definitely be visiting again!

Terrible experience — I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They served me a drink with alcohol even though I clearly ordered a mocktail. When I pointed it out, the server argued with me and only remade it after my friends backed me up.
We ordered food that included rice, but it never came. To make things worse, when it was time to pay, the server split the bill into random transactions that didn’t add up. When we questioned him, he rudely said, “I’m busy,” instead of explaining.
When we reviewed the receipts later, we saw we were charged for rice we never got and for a Moscow Mule — even though the server said it was a mocktail. They clearly made mistakes and chose not to admit them.
The staff was rude, dismissive, and sneaky with the charges. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else....

We selebrated a birthday here.
There were 10 people at the party.
Restaurant has a policy of charging 20% tip for groups of more than 6+ people. I guess this is the reason we were serviced there so poorely. We waited for our food for 2 hours!! By the time they started bringing our food people who came same time we did were leaving. The logic is simple - they don't have to earn the tip, so serve them last.
The food was delitios, but don't go there with the group of 6+
