We order a medium cheese deep dish pizza for delivery tonight. We ordered it at 5:09 and it was not delivered until 6:53. We called at 6:18 to find out where it was and they told us that it was an hour to an hour and a half and they never said that prior. When the driver got to the house it was the complete wrong pizza. I told the driver to call the store because I was on hold with them and he said was going to leave with the pizza if we didn’t pay even though we did pay. They gave us a pepperoni pizza and I have never ordered that from them before. After the driver left I got a call and they accused me of spitting in his face. I have been over a 4 year long client and have ordered pizza from here multiple times. The man lied and said I spit in his face when I never did and said we can never order pizza from here again. After this experience I would never want to order from here ever again. These workers are disgusting and very rude!

The worst experience in this restaurant! I ordered a deep dish pizza for my family who came from Florida to try the Chicago pizza dish and they forgot to put in my order and they let me know one hour after it! Horrible service (the restaurant was empty and the put as excuse they they were too busy). So don’t go to this location if you don’t want to have a bad experience!!!

After recommended by her CO.... We decided to give it a try for my daughter who graduated from Boot camp and was on Liberty. This place was amazing! We tried the Parmesan garlic fries, the Italian meat stuff arancini (AMAZZZING)... AND of course the Deep Dish Pizza.
The food was EXCELLENT... And The service was Great! Highly recommend!!! And if you're in your Navy whites, don't forget to tuck your tie in!!!

This place is awesome. We had went to the one on Navy Pier.. stay away from that one. Horrible service and the food wasn’t as good as this one!! Scott was super nice and accommodated us. The food is delish!!! From the cheesy pizza to the garlic Parmesan fries and Caesar salad….I recommend this spot. Thank you Scott!!

The worst pizza I’ve taste in my life!! It was like a frozen pizza cooked with microwave. There’s a grandpa who takes order and phone calls and serves for entire store. Extremely inefficient and that’s why food was awful. It seems like he does not have enough time to check food’s condition. Unfortunately, consider other pizzeria seriously….:(
