Red flag number one was the flies around the salsa bar.. ordered tacos for my kids just meat and cheese (picky eaters) found chunks of potato and a large chili pepper in the meat so they wouldn’t eat. My daughter’s kid’s burrito came out cold, cheese was not even a bit melted and my burrito was cold, cheese not melted, was like eating a leftover burrito out of the fridge. very disappointed. I told them about the quality and they said we will remove one kids meal. Honestly that’s not what I was looking for but I went with it. At the end no check just the amount I needed to pay. It was very disgusting and will not be returning, do better!

Purchased taco bar for a party. The food was way better under the old ownership. Steak was chewy and Chicken was floating in a container of red sauce. Not what I expected.

I needed some quesadillas. One plain, one chicken. Placed an order at 1:35. Received it 1:57. That already feels like too long to wait, especially considering there was one other customer in the place. What I received was a verifiable mess. Not sure if there was even any cheese in the chicken quesadilla and it did not taste good at all. Taco Bell would have been a safer bet. That’s too bad too cause Grande Jake’s was great last time I went 10ish years ago…

I had lunch with my family, i seriously recommend it. kid friendly, the servers are really nice and the food was amazing. The new dessert is really good, my son really enjoyed it. I will definitely be back.

We had a catered lunch for 300 people and the food was perfect, the service was impeccable and especially, the food was amazing. Did I mention the food was amazing? Love these people!

Expect big delays when ordering for pick up, they do a pretty bad job of organizing themselves to complete orders. More important the staff actively avoid talking to you if you are waiting for food, probably because they don’t want to deal with the discomfort, but it leaves you very much in the dark about when the food is actually going to be ready.

Since the new owners took over everything is so good food was delicious had great nachos . They are a very nice family owned business everyone should give them a chance . I hadn’t gone in years as Jake was out of control. But know everyone who stopped going can start again give it a try won’t disappoint.

Had the carnitas tacos and they were delicious! Generous portion and everything was fresh and tasty. Also ordered catering for our office and they were easy to work with.

Don’t take heed in the old reviews. The new management has really turned this place around! The carnitas on my torta is arguably the best I’ve ever had. I love the vibe inside, and that salsa bar is a nice touch. I wanted one of everything! I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of my -huge- torta because I immediately inhaled it. Run, don’t walk!!

I just noticed that there are new owners really good food

Excellent food and service, there NEW OWNERS and i see the improvement and the quality of the food is way better and I noticed that they’re gonna open for breakfast. I will try it out. 09-14-2025
