diners beware!! to be quite honest, I don't know how this establishment can call themselves a "Mexican restaurant". These have been the least authentic tacos I may have tried ever. The corn tortilla tasted like it was on the verge of going stale and the Carne Asada lacked all flavor and they come with the American toppings not authentic Mexican. I may add, the Horchata was terrible. It tasted like that "big red" spicy cinnamon gum nothing like a Horchata. If you're looking for a quality and authentic Mexican food definitely steer clear from this place

3 visits. 3 times they messed up my burrito. Not sure i’ll ever be back here to get something i don’t want again. Location just opened and i can already see im not the only one disappointed. Their food is delicious which is sad because i know they have the right location the right food and even the ambiance is great. Anyway, i came to get the right burrito and i looked at the receipt and how it was set up and it looks like they have to click a bunch of buttons just to take the “default” stuff off the burrito. Maybe it’s not the workers fault but the system, not sure there. The lady was nice and apologized and got the right burrito to me

The Cali burrito was delicious, just hope the tortilla was cooked a bit more.

Great service! The good Jesse attended to us with excellent treatment, very friendly and very helpful. I recommend them.

Amazing staff. Jesse specifically was very helpful and provided amazing service, as well as another manager Eva. Food was served great and tasted amazing.

TERRIBLE! I asked for a burrito with only ground beef, cheese, and sour cream. What I got was pathetic. I thought it was a joke! The burrito was the size of a taco bell value taco and was $10!

I was somewhat taken aback by the frugality of the portions here. There’s a clear disparity between the price, taste, and what one might reasonably expect to receive.

While I must commend the steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection, the rest of the meal was overwhelmingly salty. This reliance on salt reflects a misunderstanding—enhancing flavor isn’t achieved by merely adding salt, especially in excess.

The restaurant would benefit from reconsidering its approach, perhaps even overhauling its menu, understanding that true culinary satisfaction involves much more than just heavy seasoning.

I like the food and so far we receive high quality of service and food in other locations like Naperville and Schaumburg. This location is totally different compared to other locations. Food is ok but the portions are "mini" size compared to other locations and staff is not very friendly. Not recommended.

Pretty bummed since the food here is fantastic. But this experience we just had was awful. We visited via the drive thru. 2 cars ahead of us. Sat for 15 minutes before we got to the window and then sat another 15 minutes waiting on our total of 5 tacos. The guy at the window wasn't super apologetic for the wait but did offer a quick "sorry" which was fine. Finally received our order, which was wrong. Had to go into the restaurant. Brought the food in and let them know. They were quick to offer a remake, but no apology, and proceeded to fufill about 6 different orders before remaking the 3 tacos that were wrong. Sat for another 15 mins waiting. When they finally went to remake the 3 tacos it took about 30 seconds. Was really unimpressed with the customer service and the ridiculously long wait time. Won't be coming back.

This is the first time I have been to this restaurant and I ordered the burrito bowl. I feel the portion of size is comparatively small. One interesting thing, the rice grain is not a regular one and they used the Jasmine rice. This wouldn't be taste good. Store ambience is excellent and enough tables to dine in also.

Two orders were messed up. 1 had something still in it that wasnt ordered. Another order was missing 2 add ons that had an extra charge and included items were missing as well

Jesse is the man! Super chill guy with the best customer service. Overall place is great with amazing food, highly recommend.

Very bad, nothing that is not new, my first visit and everything was very poorly packaged, I didn't have my tomatillo sauce, he didn't like it...!!!
