I had a great time with my family here! Not only was the food phenomenal, but the workers and management were amazing. I had a few questions about the menu, and one of the managers, I believe her name was Kaitlin (?) was extremely helpful and made my experience here even better. She went above and beyond for my family and I, and helped us have the most enjoyable night together. I highly recommend this restaurant location specifically, as the workers were very pleasant and it was spotless in there. 100000/10

Food is decent, customer service is really lacking.First bad experience was when I didn’t get my loyalty points when the drive through cashier didnt properly scan the QR code. When questioned, she said it went through but it didn’t.Second bad experience was, again, at the drive through. The cashier scanned my QR code so I could get points but redeemed my free sign up burrito without my authorization. When questioned, I was told it’ll return to my account but I feel like they were making that up so I could move on.

Nice and helpful employees. Everything I've tried here so far has been awesome and the Cali Burrito brings me back to when I was living in San Diego.

Had high expectations from the reviews. Real let down. Asked for no beans on my Burrito - half of the soggy Burrito that came was just beans. Asked for spicy and there wasnt much seasoning. Other food was average.Interesting was the kids meal. I asked for Quesadilla - it came BURNT. I had to take it back and "its just burnt cheese!" is what I was told. They changed it, but where's the QC when its burnt food in a kids meal.Obviously not going back here!!!

I won't go back after they messed up a simple take-home order (like forgetting to put chicken in a chicken quesadilla). I know mistakes happen but they were completely unapologetic when I returned to get the order corrected. In fact, no one said a word to me when I returned to get the correct order. I reached out to their corporate office since the restaurant staff themselves didn't seem to give a hoot. They were equally insincere and reflected a complete lack of concern for the disabled. Like I said, I won't go back and recommend that others don't go either.

Decent cali burrito with fries inside instead of rice. Horrible salsa options. Price too high for small portions. Bad nacho options.

After passing this new restaurant in Buffalo Grove we finally made it in for a try. Guzman y Gomez offers quick Mexican food with a focus on quality ingredients. You place your order at the counter and take your number to a table where your order is brought to you. The dining room has a hip look to it. My husband ordered the chicken cali burrito as a meal which gave him a side and a drink. He chose a side of fresh guacamole and chips and horchata. I ordered the nacho fries with the shredded brisket. We both enjoyed our meals and agreed we'd be back.

Ordered a burrito bowl, tacos and a kids meal and you can't even eat the chips. The chips are so hard and basically rocks. The chicken was BURNT and tasted off. They have a salsa station with cilantro and red onion sitting that smells. The cilantro was all stems! The workers seem to lazy to change it out. The service was pretty slow. The tortillas were cold on the tacos and honestly more expensive than chipotle. We are not coming back anytime soon but the fries are a good car snack.

We have been here at least 10 times and not one single time have they gotten our order right. Foods good so we keep going back, I think we are done after this last time. Needs better management for sure.
