This place used to be amazing from the staff including ownership to the restaurant itself. This is my 2nd review only bc it’s been months & im still waiting for the owner to refund me for the nasty sushi I gotten with lack of service I received. I placed an order few weeks back & gave specific instructions that staff did not follow no spicy mayo on any of my sushi rolls that caused me to go to the ER & throw $65 worth of food in a trash. After numerous attempts of reaching out to the restaurant and the run around that I gotten. It’s been weeks & no one got back to me. Horrible customer service I would never again go there

We ordered Sushi from this restaurant through Doordash. Our driver couldn't or wouldn't deliver our food so the owner of this amazing restaurant drove it to our house himself! Not only was he so kind to do this but, our meal was delicious. If you are looking for a truly good service and yummy food do yourselves a favor and try out this fantastic restaurant 😋

I order take-out sushi from Hakuya often, and it’s always outstanding! The sushi is incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Highly recommend Hakuya to anyone who loves great sushi!

We ordered the extra spicy salmon roll and noodles as well, the food was delicious and came out very quick! We also got some miso soup from the server, the server was super kind and funny! Will be returning again!

Disappointed. It was not as good as I've had there before. Sushi was slightly warm, couldn't distinguish between rolls, they sort of all had the same flavors. Server never said much, asked how things were, check in. Spent over 200$ on sushi and just Disappointed. Everyone there on a Friday night was really young and didnt seem to really care about their jobs.

It's small place and while I was there noticed more takeouts than actual sit-in customers. There was strong smell of vinegar in the restaurant. Staff were pleasant and receptive. Ordered several sushi dishes from the menu and food was ok.

This place used to be real good. Guessing there is a new owner. Food is ok, but the restaurant smells weird, the floors are sticky, overall feels unclean. Then you notice the unsightly trashcan and containers with dirty dishes in the dining room and you know why the place doesn't feel inviting anymore. Definitely won't be back
I come here once in a while but I always have a great experience. I took my grandma for lunch today and we got the crab rangoon, double fried shrimp roll (my go to), sexy lady, and the shrimp stir fry noodles. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Overall everything was amazing especially the service super friendly and welcoming!

I ordered the vegetable tempura and the Sexy Lady roll. The tempura was nicely done :) light, crispy batter and a really tasty dipping sauce. I just wish there was a better variety of vegetables. The onion was sliced paper thin, which was a bit disappointing.
The Sexy Lady roll had good flavor and fresh ingredients, but it could’ve used more spicy mayo and eel sauce. It felt like they held back a bit, which left it tasting a little dry for a specialty roll.
Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement. A few small changes would’ve made a big difference!

This is my go to place! I found this place after my original spot closed for renovations but when they were complete, I stayed here. They are incredibly quick with my take out orders. They have an amazing lunch deal which I frequently take advantage of when I work from home. They treat me like family and greet me each time I am in like they know me which is so nice. Highly recommend and will continue coming back!
