Had such a rude waitress and she had an attitude and was rushing us. She slammed our plates on the table.And doesn't help the manager got into a fight with a table and then kept bothering them. Swear words were heard every few minutes from the manager who had many complaints from customers that went up to him. Kept yelling swear words loudly in the kitchen about how there were too many f***ing people here.

Was just refused service in Santaquin Utah because they were short staffed. Besides us.....there was only 1 other car in the parking lot. I could see a cook and a server. How much help did they need to serve our family??

ordered through the app stated order would be ready at 10:40 my husband has been sitting there for over an hour it's now 11:45 and they come tallking about they don't have a ticket for him and they will try and rush the order this is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional

We went and ate at I Hop this morning. They only had 1 waitress who was absolutely amazing! They had limited seating, and she was stressed to the max but still did an amazing job. Forgive me I don't remember her name. Food was great and service was spectacular! Keep up the great work! Stay safe and healthy.

Haven't been to Ihop in a while so we decided to go there for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised at the prices and the wide range of food offered. The only thing that was not up to par was the food was served tepid even the soup. However it was tasty and done correctly. I did tell the manager about the cool food and he appreciated me telling him. If you have not been to Ihop in a while you owe it to yourself to go.
