There is a very handsome young man with beautiful blue eyes who works here, and every time I come in he has such a great attitude and is always so friendly. He makes the most delicious sandwiches, and the atmosphere of this place is truly wonderful. It’s always a pleasure coming here.

I was there on 1/13/2026 at 8:30 pm to get a hot sub and I had a ridiculously great experience. Everyone was very friendly and personable. Previously I had a negative experience at this location with one of the employees which discouraged me from returning, especially before closing and buying a hot sub on the stove, but on this night everyone was extremely kind and just seemed happy. Really made an impact on my impression of the place and the taste of my sandwich

A new manager with blonde hair and blue eyes was super rude/ mean. They messed up my order and they didn’t remake it. I asked him nicely and calmly if they can remake it, but he said “No I should go get my sandwich somewhere else” since “I was being the rude one”. I’ve been coming to this Jersey Mike’s in Buffalo Grove for so many years. All the employees have been nice, but this one really acting immature.

I went in there and the gentleman off the bat was very rude. I asked for an item and he gave me the wrong item. Then he fixed it and slammed the door shut of the cooler and ran away. Pretty sure he broke the cooler. His name is Joe. He should be fired. Absolutely ridiculous behavior!

This place was always a go-to while traveling in the area. Unfortunately my last time on Monday will be my last time. The food poisoning was extremely unpleasant

Food is good but when I go in at 11:30 on a weekday and they said they can’t take my order because of online orders that’s unacceptable. I go at least once a month and this has happened twice now.
