I went in there and the gentleman off the bat was very rude. I asked for an item and he gave me the wrong item. Then he fixed it and slammed the door shut of the cooler and ran away. Pretty sure he broke the cooler. His name is Joe. He should be fired. Absolutely ridiculous behavior!

This place was always a go-to while traveling in the area. Unfortunately my last time on Monday will be my last time. The food poisoning was extremely unpleasant

Food is good but when I go in at 11:30 on a weekday and they said they can’t take my order because of online orders that’s unacceptable. I go at least once a month and this has happened twice now.

STOP TAKING ORDERS WHEN YOURE BUSY! I placed an online order, I’m literally still waiting for it, it’s been 30 minutes since it was due. These people don’t know how to manage anything. Catch up with your overdue orders, then take new ones.

JERSEY MIKE’S ——-Upon entering, I noticed there were a few trainees and , a heavy-set woman with tattoos, who appeared to be training them. Unfortunately, I felt ignored as no one greeted me or asked if they could take my order. The staff members seemed more focused on their conversation than on assisting customers. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, leading me to leave without placing an order.

I believe in supporting businesses that value their customers, and I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that all customers are greeted and served promptly and courteously.
