I was late for school and forgot to pack a lunch so I ordered at the intersection past Buffalo Grove High School, near the dealerships. I turn in, park, touch up my make up because theres no way they can make it THAT fast. Maybe 2 minutes, give or take, I walk in and tell them I just ordered, and guess what? They had already put it on their pick up shelf. Thank you to the 2-3 girls working, my sandwich was yummy and cut in half just the way I wanted!

The food is usually 10/10. The delivery is not usually freaky fast as they say but that’s okay. I work 3 minutes from the location but more often than not it takes me about 30 minutes to receive my lunch if I select delivery.
Recently I ordered this past Wednesday, to my surprise the company added their own tip. Which sure if you wanna get into tip culture I could of given them something, but that does not give you the right to just take it by force. 0/10. I will continue to order but moving forward outta spite I’m tipping ¢0.10 since the company will adjust it if you leave it blank.

this location absolutely NEVER gets orders right. every time I go I have to park out front to check the order, and everytime it is ridiculously incorrect. Today, like every time I go to this location, I had to go into the store and ask for it to be remade. By the time I got home, I realized they put vinegar on my sandwich...? Another strange out of left field wrong decision. Please invest in better management/staffing

Dietary restrictions: You can get lettuce wraps instead of bread.
Every times I order from this JJs the orders have been incomplete or late, or both. Very unreliable franchise.

I love this location. I come here all the time and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. If they get anything wrong they are always so humble and willing to help. (Which doesn't happen often) Even with all of the business that comes through in the afternoon the atmosphere is always so amazing. The night crew is so kind and friendly. I do have to admit the produce isn't always the greatest but that's not really the stores fault.

We order delivery through the app and this is the location we are forced to use. The inconsistency is becoming more of an issue. Today, one sandwich was made incorrectly. I called right away and was assured that a replacement was going to be delivered quickly. I stressed that my husband needed to eat soon due to low blood sugar. had to call back to ask a second time about the order. The replacement sandwich took 45 minutes! Not cool!
