We are very disappointed that the cheddar cubes were taken off the menu! We make the drive just for those apps instead of getting carry out closet to home. Bring them back!

Had a positive experience with my husband
Malnati's was a fabulous visit! The staff was very friendly, especially when we asked to be moved to a less chilly table. The wait staff were all very pleasant and working really hard!! Pizza was yummy!!
So sad to write this….. I come to Chicago all the time for work and I ALWAYS come here. Tonight was different I sat at the bar for almost 15 mins before bartender showed up. Then I finally was able to order a drink but if you want more then one good luck cause he’ll disappear again on you. Wings were super undercooked. Pizza was good but just super disappointing service. I finished my pizza and wanted to stay and watch rest of the game nope to close to closing time (9pm they don’t close to 10pm) gave me check when I didn’t ask. I guess I have to go? Cause bartender wants to leave. Right at 10. So sad and doesn’t seem like they have a manager around either. This is what happens to great brands get to focused on Monday and forget about the customer and how they got where they are.
Our waitress was Outstanding

My girl comes from NY and I wanted to show her some classic Chicago Deep pizza. First time we went to this restaurant and it wasn’t good. Pizza is hard to make bad so I won’t say it was bad but it wasn’t anything special. Certainly not worthy of best in the city type praise. A few months went by and I wanted to try again so we went and got Giordano’s. Phenomenal. Finally I was able to brag about deep dish as it was really good. Fast forward another 3 months to today and I wanted to give Lou’s another chance. I order a classic for pick up. Pick up is 6:35. I show up 6:37 and they say it’s not ready- wait another 5-10 minutes bc we are busy. I don’t get my pizza until 7. In the car now writing this because I’m upset and this is strike two for Lou. Idk if I’ll even get to 3. This place is carried by its famous name. Go to Giordano’s instead. Service is better. Pizza is better.

WHAT IS HAPPENING with Lou Malnati’s prices? This is the fourth time I notice price increase this year! Now it’s up to $27.25 for a large deep dish. Who is paying these exorbitant prices? Looks like I’m ordering from another local pizzeria moving forward and or making my own deep dish for a fraction of this cost. No thank you.
