I was placing my order via the drive-thru. The worker was practically arguing with me via the intercom. He was quick to talk back to me. Not sure what training he’s getting if any.

Ordered food via Mcdonald’s app for 12/17 940 pm , order went through and when i went collect food only to learn that store was closed due to maintenance! problem 1. Store should not have shown on app of not taking order 2. called Mcdonald’s customer care for refund (as payment is already charged ) , customer care mentioned i need to call restaurant for refund ! at max they send incident report to owner ! interesting fact is when i called restaurant they asked me to call customer care or uber or doordash !! when i explained them i did not order from 3rd party but from mcdonald’s app ! they mentioned even you are charged we cannot refund !! and no help offered for their issue ! i do understand , for maintenance stores needs to be closed but after charging customer incorrectly at-least refund should be automatic and customer should not call in customer service or store in loop

The ketchup dispenser had lot of gnats coming out of the dispensary tube. I had to use packet ketchups.

Be sure to fully check the bag for your complete order. Mine was missing a $4.99 basket of fries. I ordered on the app and it says to contact the restaurant regarding any missing items. I called and they said they could not offer any refunds for missing items and I am not able to return to the restaurant. So I guess I won't be returning to this location.

I mean like all the othered that are around but they always get the order right here and there ice cream machine is always working

We waited for our order for 30 minutes, the cashier was very rude. We often don't get the full order, they forget to include items.

I had a bacon McGriddle with coffee and a hash brown for breakfast. It was very delicious especially when I added strawberry jelly to it!

at the drive through we accidentally parked far away and the guy working the drive thru purposely dropped our drink then yelled at us to leave saying he gave us the drink. needs to be fired and if he’s the manager then i don’t know what to tell you, if you want to lose money and deal with the most miserable person then come here.

We ordered on the mobile app for the drive thru but we had to go in to get our order. The wait was long. I am disappointed.

Pricey just like everybody else these days, but love me a quarter pounder with cheese, any day of the week! Wish they would bring back the Mc DLT, from back in the day!

was in a great mood hungry for McDonald's -BIG BREAKFAST -went thru drive -ordered -BIG BREAKFAST- I said Big Breakfast with hot cakes every time I ordered this at other McDonald's always got what I ordered .NOT this McDonald's across from Buffalo Grove High School when I was driving my coffee from them was disgusting so I looked in bags No scrambled Eggs No Hash browns , No Biscuit asked for extra syrup and ketchup for the Hash browns .I didn't get my McDonald's Experience at this Location is Terrible I went inside with my receipt showed the rude manager and a kid who didn't no how to respect customers had a bad attitude the Manager didn't correct the problem they caused me to get up set they wanted to charge me additional instead of saying we apologize we will make you a Big Breakfast with Hot cakes Not this Manager should be FIRED ...DO NOT EAT MCDONALD'S they are all the same SCREW UP YOUR ORDER ,FROM NOW ON Dunkin DOUGH NUTS , BURGER KING for BreakFast ,Lunch,Dinner . .

They have good workers. Service was fast.
