They try to tell you that they are closed if it's within 30 minutes of closing time. Then they try to make you think they are doing you a favor by putting in your order. Have had this happen a few times now.

Bear family restaurants are awful, the people working there have no interest in their customers. Half the time I would say they are on drugs. Bear family restaurants need to reevaluate their work force . I don't go to their restaurants anymore. Neither should you.

They never get your order right and waste your time going back and forth. They are stingy with the condiments and even if you ask for them they try not to put it in the bag because they know people don’t usually check their bag. Go to literally any other McDonald’s in the area if you don’t have all day to wait for them to get it right.

Second time in a row I drive thru and I am waiting, someone else pulls up after me and they get helped first. I have choices. The convenience of your restaurant does not out way your poor service.
