Minaz Cafe & Grocery

I was excited to see a new indian grocery store opened in our neighbourhood , in place of earlier Arrow Groceries. I went there today at around 12:22 PM and Grocery store was closed for no reason or information to the customer pasted on the from door. I checked the store opening timings that are 11 AM until 7 PM.
I am surprized , Store owners want to run this business in this manner.

Beware of this place.They advertise it as the best cafe with a meat section and a variety of other items, but it’s all false. The store is rarely open every time I visit, it’s closed. I’ve spoken to the owner multiple times about when they plan to stock basic items like frozen goods, but he just keeps saying ‘it’s coming’ with no real action. It feels like they don’t care at all. A great opportunity is being wasted, and customers are being deceived. I hope the local authorities step in so we can finally have a proper Indian grocery store in the area. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

This is the nearest Indian grocery store I would like to do business at however I have experienced the doors closed on multiple occasions. They are not punctual about the hours posted. It's a shame as typically a new business puts all the efforts to get the name out in the market which doesn't seem to be the case here. Very disappointed, not sure if the owners even care about the business! I suggest you guys to visit Swagat in Prospect Heights instead or send the owner there to learn about punctuality.

In this country, punctuality and discipline matters! Firstly your stated opening time is 11am, way late for a grocery business! In reality you don’t open well past 11:45 or Noon! Seriously? You are a new business and if you want to survive and not fail like the previous Arrow guys, you better get your act together! Else you will be shutters down permanently soon!
