I made an order through the app and arrived for it at the appointed time. I was ignored for 10 minutes. As a result, it turned out that they hadn't even started cooking it. The service is terrible. I don't recommend this place.

We have started going to Mods a couple of times a month. Generally, we love the pizza and the cheesy bread. Lately, the cheesy bread has been burnt or lacking cheese. We did send a message to Mods and they quickly gave us a free cheesy bread the first time. However, the second one was also dry and not very cheesy. Maybe, that's the normal way and the first few times were anomalies. We do like the pizza though and will continue to go, but maybe not as often.

I don’t know why they advertise Superfast pizza if on my first visit it took over 20 minutes to get one.

Safa at the Buffalo Grove location is a friendly, patient and helpful pizza/salad maker. Very awesome young lady.Vegetarian options: No meat, is vegetarian.Parking: Safa is great!!

I ordered MOD pizza a couple of days ago, and it was good. I made my own pizza at MOD because nowhere else offered olive oil and artichokes. I ordered a thick crust and got a thin, which was disappointing. But the pizza was so tasty! The crust was crisp, not soggy. I would have given 5 stars except for the mix-up with the crust. It's definitely worth a try.

Extremely rude staff! I went to Mod Pizza Buffalo Grove today. Food was ok. I was served after all online orders are done. No problem. Then, the floor was wet and I slipped and fell (It was rainy, so probably floor was wet, not the mistake of staff). Then whats the problem?The staff were chuckling when I fell down. Forget about helping me , they didnt even ask me, "Are you Ok?" and they were openly chuckling. (My kid noticed it too..) I wanted to ask them why they did that, but since my kid was with me, I didnt want to make a scene. So, when someone falls in your store, you cant even ask them and you just laugh at them? Making me lose faith in humanity

A very good place for pizza lovers....30+ toppings to choose from at the same price....but they have limited crust options..i liked the Cauliflower crust...they have salad bowls as well...but they are veg only..ambiance is food...food quality is good...they have plenty sitting arrangements..they have restroom....i would recommend this vegiterian people as they have plenty of vegggie toppings...overall good experience..Vegetarian options: Good for veg pizza lovers...lots of veggies opptions to choose from...Parking: Plenty of parking spots....

Salad was extremely small. It was the mini,but $8.79?. The size was $4.00. Pizza was good but no explanation on when you pick it up. It had a fan that was very loud.
