Front lady told me to wait in the car since wasn't ready. I got there 50 min after calling for pick up order. I waited almost 2 hours in total.i think this Latino lady left my order in the kitchen and ignored. It is Sep. 12 today. When I went back to tell front lady she brought it out to me right away. Well it was ready probably hour ago. This is my first and last even pizza was okay just cold. Front lady was very nice and it wasn't her fault. But I will go somewhere for pizza. They never treat me everywhere else and professional workers. I will remember this happened since this is my first purchase.

Highly recommend, im a son of a baker, my dad would make the best crust for a pizza. He didn't always put the right toppings but the crust made it worthy. Now I heavily judge pizza joints on crust but this place gets my approval, it made me remember my dad's pizza.

They were nice enough to allow me to place an order 45 minutes before closing. I ordered the Cheese Ravioli. The food tasted pretty good but it didnt feel like it was cooked all the way. Will likely return

Drove up 5hrs from Cincinnati to get daughter from college. Ordered a large cheese pizza, 2 salads, and a cheeseburger with fries. Didn't get the pizza and instead of 2 salads was given 1 slice of pepperoni. Waited for the pizza/salads and when we got to the room found out it was the wrong pizza. Called and they made a fresh/correct pizza. Went back and the staff was very courteous and apologetic for the mistakes. Food was hot but mid. Ceasar salad was good and enough to share with 2 people. Second salad was supposed to have no olives but they were everywhere. Mid steak fries, mid cheeseburger and mid pizza. Be patient. Good people average food.

Picked up my meal during my overnight work lunch after 11 or so pm, didn't get a chance to eat it. Got home the next morning after work and prepared to eat it and found out the meal was not prepared as I requested it to be. On top of that, once I bit into the Italian Sausage on the wrong bread without the grilled onions or sweet green peppers, not dipped, I tasted a foul taste and when I opened up the sandwich, I found mold inside of the bread and on the sausage. I was totally disgusted and could not continue eating! I thought that it was not even worth it to report the matter to the restaurant staff or manager because it had been over 12 hours after buying the meal and would be close to 24 hours before I would be going back to the area for work that night. I do however wish I had and had any indication of something like this has happened to any other customers that night or any time before or after my disgusting purchase. It may have just been the staff working that particular shift. I just hope that it doesn't happen again to anyone. Maybe the staff working was unaware of the preparation of the meal that I requested and just didn't know how to even though I instructed how I wanted it done, there was a language barrier so that could have contributed to the mishap but it shouldn't have permitted them to use Bad Bread and whatever bad ingredients in making a customer's meal! YUCK!

Ordered BLT pizza, a mugs specialty. It arrived with uncooked dough and spoiled lettuce. Completely inedible. Also ordered a pepperoni thin crust. The crust was uncooked and the cheese was barely melted. They gave me a refund and apologized. Spoiled toppings and uncooked dough. Absolutely no quality control.

This place used to be great. New owners don’t seem to care about quality control.
We made a take out order through grub hub. We got 4 piece chicken dinner with au gratin potatoes and salad, with an order of Jalepenos poppers.
Poppers never made it to the door. We called the restaurant and they didn’t care and said to call grubhub. Once we opened up the rest of the food it was awful. The side salad had extremely old tomatoes and onions on it and a chunk of the core of the lettuce. And no, the onions weren’t supposed to be pickled…that’s how bad they are. The au gratin potatoes had a clear slice of Kraft American single on the top which they’ve never done before. And the chicken tasted like fish. No quality anymore. Sucks because the new owners have a restaurant down the street that is amazing! Utterly disgusted and disappointed. Wish we could get our money back!!! Not even eating this.
