Don't try to find this place or eat there for that matter because that's not happening! Definitely off the beaten path this is a takeout and delivery only facility. The pizza is really good specially the Monster Pizza. Takes a while to cook but definitely worth the wait. The delivery driver is a hoot as well; very entertaining!
The BEST pizza in the area!! It is tucked away but once you find this gem, it is worth coming here over and over again! The new owner is fabulous and the food is always 5star, hot, over stuffed and over filled with delicious toppings! The Mugs 4 way is our favorite pizza ever! The wings are sooooo good too. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic pizza! Slightly thicker thin crust. Also had the wings and chicken parm. All of it fantastic. Service on the phone and at pick up was excellent. New owners are doing a great job.

I placed an order for delivery and after waiting 40 minutes past the delivery time I called in to see what was happening. The driver apparently knocked on the wrong door because he said that we rejected the pizza. I’ve been right by my front door watching tv. I never got a knock. The guy who picked up was not providing any type of solution either. Anyway they refused to give us a refund. My son and I ordered from mugs regularly for years but I will not be ordering from them again.

I will admit, I had my reservations when I walked into the place.First off, we were thinking it was a place we could sit down and eat. It is not. It is take-out only.Secondly, it was 1000° inside. That oven was on full blast!I'm glad we stuck it out, because the food.... was delicious! Before ordering, I enquired about the meatballs: were they hand-made or frozen. He assured me they make them in house.I ordered the Meatball sub and steak fries. Wife ordered the Italian beef sandwich. Kids cheese ravioli for out kiddo. The other two people that were with us got the Chicken Parmasean sandwich (and steak fries) and the Chicken Parmasean pasta dinner with side salad.The meatballs were indeed not of the frozen variety. Everything was delicious!!!!Employees were very friendly and helpful.Definitely give this place a shot, but don't expect to eat there. Get it to go!Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly because storefront is just a counter and a waiting area. Not a knock against them, just stating the obvious.Parking: Small lot shared with a nail salon. Not really needed, though since people are getting their food to-go or delivered.

Website says open til 3am, Google says open until 1am. So, I placed a pick up order via website at around 11pm. Headed to the restaurant only to find they were closed. Chow down finally called to tell me they canceled the order because no one would answer and they haven't been informed that they closed early. Hopefully I get a full refund.
It's a basic greasy spoon place don't expect greatness. Foods mediocre at best. Never had a meal here that I was excited to get it always is kind of underwhelming. Don't order delivery, always arrives cold or the order is incorrect or missing items.

Little hole in the wall place. I found this place after looking for something to eat late at night. Most restaurants in the area close at 9pm so it was nice to find this place still open. What a find! I had the BBQ Ribs and they were fantastic. Nicely cooked and very tasty. Place is a very small take out place but customer service is great and very friendly. This was a great find and will definitely come back again to try the pizza next time.
