if you order pick-up—check your order, at the counter, before leaving the restaurant. they will interrogate you if you return expecting the items you paid for, but they forgot to include. even with a receipt in hand, they will give you a hard time, when they really should be offering you an apology. i can excuse forgetfulness, we're only human... but own up and apologize, not put the customer in question because you feel salty.

Same people are usually working and they're always good. I don't think they've ever messed up 1 order.
We had an order for delivery that was missing some items. We then had called in and the team had corrected the mistake! There is a good group of people here that care about what they are serving to their customers.

Great service. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. She was training a new employee and she was very good at it.

Our family ordered five dishes. Some were good, others, just ok. Most irritating was that we ordered two Pasta Fresca with Shrimp, one of them gluten-free. They did not label the gluten-free one in any way. Seriously? We had to guess that the penne was the wheat & the linguine the rice. We shouldn't have to guess.Added to review: It's nice that Brian reached out, but the link provided in his response is not clickable nor does Yelp allow you to copy it to paste into a browser. Ugh!

Went in 8:30pm no one acknowledged me, ask if they were still open, young lady who took my order had the worst attitude seem like she didn’t wanted to be there, got the wrong food, don’t know if took someone else’s order, not going back there even if it’s 3min from my house.

Everything was great, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, no problems at all! Hot, accurately prepared, and ready in an expected amount of time, I've never gone wrong with the Buffalo Grove location! ??Parking: Parking is literally right outside the front door, and disabled accessible parking couldn't be more convenient than what is offered.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, doors, ordering, seating, and restrooms are all accessible, and not like some places where the different accommodations provided only technically meet ADA & building code requirements - each type of accommodation is actually functional and beneficial too! Great job to those who designed the space, but kudos are well deserved for the staff who have kept these factors usable, clean, maintained, and available over the years since this restaurant opened!
