Food and service was on-par with other Panera locations, but restaurant was in dire need of a cleaning. Not your standard... are the tables clean, but it looks like no one has vacuumed the carpet (especially the edges) in quite some time.

The typical Panera, warm and inviting atmosphere, smooth and easy to use app and ordering process, friendly staff, a massive menu catering with insanely unhealthy levels of salt, and in overly optimistic pricing where it's funny an actual restaurant like Chili's and Texas Roadhouse now offers better value. I only drop in for the decent coffee and grabbed my birthday pastry today! The chocolate croissant seems fresh enough but of course hilarious to see a four dollar price tag on a basic dessert. Would be nice to see Panera remove the wild heart risk amounts of sodium at these high prices to give a reason to try their food, but glad there are many other better options especially local places that know quality ingredients.

That experience was very disappointing!!! My husband and I come to this Panera restaurant on Rand rd almost 4 ears. It’s close to our house and we loved brunches here. However!!! This time it was disgustingly! 1. No sanitizer anywhere. I’ve asked, and got a reply as “we no longer have it”. 2. All my dishes were greasy! (The reason why I asked sanitizer first). 3. It was 10 am! No coffee. At all. All coffee pots were empty and it wasn’t crowded inside, but costumers waited around coffee table. I really loved this place, but after that experience, unfortunately, we have to looking for an another brunch place. Panera should give better training to their staff!

Parking lot is small, drivers enter at a high rate of speed and it’s difficult to navigate with others parking, exiting and looking for spots.
Cashier was very nice. Only had coffee but it was ok
Table was dirty and some customer was watching YouTube videos at a high volume….
ordered a whole grilled cheese and a full bowl (reg size) of soup. got home with only a cup (small size) of soup but was charged for the full amount. i wasn't driving back 20 minutes just to get a refund. very frustrating. based on other reviews seems like this happens regularly here... definitely check ALL your food before leaving.

All depends, you can come and to have great experience with guy, who served me yesterday, he made his work on 5 stars and I was in good mood after that, but today I came and received small bowl of sup instead large, for which I payed. Girl who was accepting orders behave like she make a favor and girl who put me finally that size of cup for which I payed, put sup in a way that whole plate was dirty and she didn't care, I asked napkins, she gave me two, or three and was thinking probably she gave me too much napkins, incredible. If next time will see this girls there, will think 100 times do I want to order anything or to go out to other place to eat.
