The typical Panera, warm and inviting atmosphere, smooth and easy to use app and ordering process, friendly staff, a massive menu catering with insanely unhealthy levels of salt, and in overly optimistic pricing where it's funny an actual restaurant like Chili's and Texas Roadhouse now offers better value. I only drop in for the decent coffee and grabbed my birthday pastry today! The chocolate croissant seems fresh enough but of course hilarious to see a four dollar...
