Horrible service. They don’t even pick up the phone.
My order status in the Papa John’s app showed it was ready. When I went to pickup the order they told that the order was not ready and asked not to check the app for status as it’s always incorrect. Why do they do status updates in the app if it’s incorrect

Ordered for the first time ever today. My pickup order was ready exactly on time, and all the food was fresh and delicious.

Here’s what you need to know: Pi day dinner pickup order. food was made absolutely perfectly. The right amount of cheese, sauce, toppings. Freshness was exceptional - hot from the oven. Picked up the phone when I called. Order was taken courteously. No complaints. Exceeded expectations for a national chain restaurant franchise. Ambiance is nothing of note. Carry out pizza store.

I ordered online. I asked for extra sauce. Obviously they have a smart a_s working because there was 3 times the amount of sauce. I had to press it with a spoon to try and squeeze it out. This was a thin crust mind you. 2 pieces and threw the rest away. I don’t have time to call and complain just for the smart a_s to spit on my next pizza or not put sauce on it at all. People don’t have time on there lunch break to deal with this kind of immaturity. 😡
One time I was waiting for my order for 1.5 hours, called them and they had their driver check out earlier and leave my order in the car. He decided he was done for the day. Yesterday I ordered thin crust pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes, they delivered regular with with just tomatoes. They suck!

AVOID THIS PLACE: This place is terrible. I have an allergy to gluten and they gave me regular crust even when I ordered gluten free… Luckily for them, I didn’t eat it because I could tell, but imagine if I did ????? My order also clearly stated that I wanted garlic sauce, and they gave me ranch… Are the workers there idiots? This is not the first or second time I’ve had an issue with this location. I will never be returning & will be avoiding this place at all costs, and you should too.
