We had a bad experience for a pick up order. When we asked for an extra garlic sauce we were rudely told that it’s extra 6 dollars and the older guy at the counter was not at all friendly and behaved unprofessionally. Food was definitely fresh and tasty.

Want to have some chicken but you’re health conscious? Just try some chicken tenders from here.. you’ll fall in love. I mostly get doordashed my chicken tenders from here and its always so good. Just few things worth a good food critique feedback: avoid using aluminum foil and grill chicken a little bit more.

The place is amazing and have great and fresh food. From fries to main course everything is very fresh and full of taste. From kids to elders, we all thoroughly enjoyed the food.Added bonus the management staff are so kind and warm they make you want to come back for more .

Food was decent, but not somewhere I would come again. The flavors and portion for the price were mid/okay. For the price I think I'd rather go to Popeyes or CM Chicken in the area as it wasn't anything special to talk about. I tried the chicken wings and tenders combo with salad and pita.Overall 3.5/5, pretty average.

I called at 730 pm on Tuesday Dec 6 to ask about whether specific items on the menu have table sugar, which my husband can't eat for medical reasons. The person who answered the phone very rudely said "Go to the google I can't confirm you," and told me neither he nor any other employee can answer any questions about allergies or food ingredients.Dietary restrictions: The employee refused to answer any questions about food ingredients / allergies.

We have been here a couple of times and each time we order on a lower scale of "spice" yet the food is still too spicy when asking for very mild in comparison to other restaurants. The chicken should not be marinated and instead cooked to desired spice level to prevent the intensity. Even milder mild is too spicy. More than the meat, the rice was super spicy. Kids could not eat it. Not a family friendly option if you think you want to order rice as a side and limit your kids to fries. The corn side was mediocre this time. For the wait time and price, you would expect better match of flavors of food to menu choice. Milder mild or even lemon and herbs taste too spicy. Rice was doused in red chili spices! We will not be trying this place again. It's a no go for us.

They are making the portion sizes smaller. They gave me full chicken that looked like half a chicken. Sides are in smaller containers to hide cost

Let me start with the ambiance. The entire time we were there we had to listen to two female employees/owners banter in a very high pitched tone. Close to an hour of non-stop banter. Very annoying. Why is there no music or television or anything to drown that noise?Second, and most important, the place is dirty and unsanitary. In the men’s restroom on top of the toilet paper dispenser was a plastic bottle of water and a plastic glass. It really gives the impression that someone (please tell me not a staff member) is drinking water while using the toilet? The walls and doors are smeared with dirt/dust smudges. The place seems run-down and uncared for.Now the food. Although the chicken and salad were good it is overpriced and the amount of sauce they give you is absurd. $23 for half a chicken and a quarter of a cup of the sauce? Buy smaller containers so it’s not so obvious you are being cheap.Drove from Algonquin with high hopes and left severally disappointed.
