After a very large corporate order. Received a lot of perks went there to get my sandwich. And the cashier had no clue what they were doing period was rude and charged me anyway safe to say. No more corporate orders

I come here alot, workers in drive thru always seemed rushed. Today the girl hands me my drink so fast i had to catch it! Then she realized it went EVERYWHERE inside my NEW CAR. Then some jerk brings me a new drink and when i tried to talk to him about it he WALKS AWAY. Horrible customer service.

The people who work at this location are some if the dumbest people I've met. I don't really like to slam people, but seriously, your job is to make sandwiches, salads, shakes and pour soup into bowls. That's it. The job is even easier what someone (like me) orders through their app. All they need to do is print it out, make the food and put it in a bag. Five people working at this location and they screw up two sandwiches, forget the chips and drinks. I walk in and they ask my name. I tell them. One guy goes to the ONE AND ONLY pick up order sitting on the counter. He takes out one sandwich, looks at it a puts it back and does the same with the other sandwich. A second guy comes up and does the exact same thing. Then they as what I ordered. I say, two (2) Wrecks. They say, "two wrecks?" And I confirm it. They then hand me the bag. I ask the whereabouts of the chips and drinks. They get them and I leave only to arrive home and find out they gave me the 100% wrong sandwiches. Seriously?! Your job is to MAKE sandwiches. How do you screw up the part of the business that is the second word in the name of the business? I think I'll go elsewhere.

love this potbellys so much! however, recently the new manager with pink hair hasn’t been there. she had such great costumer service and would great all costumers with a warm “hi” as people entered. hope to see her again!

My office has had trouble with some locations forgetting condiments or additional items with our orders, so today we gave this location a call to request a little extra attention on our order as we are all “build your own” girlies, and Elizabeth made sure our sandwiches were made exactly to order. Fresh and tasty sandwiches, this location will be our go to as we appreciate their attentiveness to detail!

Any counter service food restaurant that has you select a tip or no tip gets two stars in my book.
What am I tipping for?
Nobody is serving me, I pick up my own trash, are they making my sandwich better?
Am I supposed to make up the fact you don’t pay your employees a fair wage?
Sandwich was fair but sloppy compared to other Potbelly’s I have been to.

Also, the tea had a rotten egg smell.

I come here 2 to 3 times a week. Never had a problem till today. The dude with the nose ring got pissed because I asked for white and not wheat bread. Then the blond girl mumbles under her breath that I don't have to have an attitude. I stayed quiet because I didn't want a confirmation. Then dude with the nose ring thought I wanted avocado on my sub and got pissed when I said no just the toppings on the sub no avocado. Rolls his eyes and walks away. I will take my 14 dollars somewhere else 3 times a week. I don't need to be treated this way. Thanks but no thanks!

One of the employees who works there is a tall handsome boy. His service was really nice, he was very flirtatious and he made sure my service was great. Definetly coming back for more. (Of the boy and the food.)

Terrible. 3 different visits and 3 wrong orders so I'm done with Potbelly. Ordered a bowl of soup, received a cup. The meat on my sandwich was all grizzle, couldn't even chew it. If you like brown avocado then this place has you covered. Just terrible terrible awful food.
