Came in looking for a slice or 2. When asking how much a slice was then asking how much 2 would be the woman was sarcastic and rude about the price for 2 just being the price of one slice twice.
It’s fairly common that 2 slices are bundle priced and is how the Rosati’s I used to go to in another nearby town did it, although it’s been a while, but it’s certainly not uncommon.
When explaining why I specifically asked she doubled down and continued to be sarcastic and rude about it saying slices are already “discounted”.
Would be easier if they just put up signage stating how much it was.
Unusual for me to leave a Google review. Can’t remember the last time I ever did one but this lady was surprisingly condescending over such an innocuous question lol.

The food was excellent. Paul, the owner , treats every customer as family. He makes sure the orders are correct and cooked to perfection. He is truly hands on. I recommend Rosatis very highly.

I walk in there on Sunday afternoon. There is guy doing dishes. He has to get the managers attention I'm at counter. I tell manager I want extra large double dough the kind they sell out in display case by slice. He says 20 min. Ok I come back. Again he has to be told I'm at counter. I end up getting a 16 inch pizza. That didn't taste good at all. I call this guy after I'm disappointed. Ask him how big is your extra large pizza. He says family size 18 inch. I ask him why I received a 16 when I asked for extra large. Language barrier. I've ordered these double dough pizzas in past. They are normally great. I'll won't be buying any pizzas from here for entire summer. I'll go down the street to Ninos get what I ask for with better quality. And someone will be at the counter to greet me when I walk in. I don't want here I'm sorry. This is not first time I've received wrong order from this location on hints Buffalo Grove rd. I go to work. Never do you hear me say I'm sorry to a customer. Rosatti s know how step up the price. Let's step up the quality and service as well.
