After eating Tom Yum soup, Crab Rangoon, and Mongolian Beef from this restaurant, both of us became severely and violently ill. We have been dealing with intense acidity, nonstop vomiting, and diarrhea for over 24 hours with absolutely no relief. We are now preparing to go to the emergency room.

This is one of the worst and most frightening food experiences we have ever had. The food from this place made us seriously sick. This restaurant is a health risk. Do not eat here. Do not order from here. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent Thai food. We had the Moo Ping as an appetizer. The pork was so tender and the sauce was delightfully sweet. We had the Drunken Noodles with chicken and Holy Chili with chicken. Both were delicious and the portions were just right. We dined in and there were sadly only a few tables for a Saturday night but it seemed like a lot of take out orders. The service was fast. We will definitely dine in or take out from here again.

Both the BBQ pork fried rice and five star chicken were excellent. Some of the better Thai I've had in the area!

I went there for dinner half hr before closing. The staff were courteous and friendly. The food was tasty . We ordered panang curry and red curry and thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions were generous. It's definitely worth going again.

Two friends were in town from Chattanooga and wanted to try Thai food near the hotel. WOW! Everything we ate was outstanding (the Golden Bags and 5 Star Chicken were especially delicious). Glad I live nearby!

The absolute best Massuman Curry in the Chicago area- and trust me I have tried a lot of them! We have been customers for over a decade- followed them to their new location even though it was farther away from us. I now live in the city and still come out here for thai food. Simply the best.

A few times a year my husband works in Buffalo Grove, IL. It’s Northwest of Chicago. Any time we are traveling I like searching local restaurants. Siam Siam Thai has been on the list for a long time. Stopped in for lunch today. Husband had the Cashew Stir Fry. Definitely a great dish . Sublte sweetness, cashew present but well balanced, and the beef was very tender. My Tom Kha was the best we have had since moving to the Midwest 4 yrs ago. Most places we have eaten Tom Kha since leaving Texas have been watery broth, hardly tasting the coconut milk and not nearly enough spices. Siam Siam hit all the levels today. Lemongrass, galangal root, lime and the coconut milk broth was creamy and with hearty full flavors. I enjoyed the jalapenos slices which were simmered in the broth which bringing the heat down to a place of flavor and not being over powered by spice. The service was quick and the restaurants is very clean. Definitely worth anyone’s time to visit this place!! 🖤🖤

This is, in my experience, the best Thai restaurant in Buffalo Grove. The restaurant itself is clean and appealing, the staff are friendly and professional, and most importantly, the food is absolutely phenomenal.

The curries are rich and thick, balanced well with protein and vegetables in good proportion. They also offer good protein options for each dish, and even better, don't up-charge you for options such as beef or shrimp. Continuing in the vein of not overcharging you, the price to volume of food ratio is very generous.

I'd recommend the roast duck curry. Absolutely delicious.

Meat was uncooked, mild spice level was spicy, soup was ok…

When I was asked about the food quality, I said it was ok ok… but that was at the start of my main course… as I was eating that I found many meat pieces that were undercooked… I had left many of those in my plate at the end of dinner… I love Thai food a lot and have eaten it every place I go… the taste was good, but I have never had a Curry Fried Rice at Mild level, so spicy… even the Tom Kha was spicy for Mild Level.
