Great service, awesome team. Dan goes above and beyond for his customers. We had a drink get knocked over after arriving home, and when I went to purchase another he did not charge for it. Makes a corporate global store feel local. Keep up the great work.

I just want to thank the staff for always being so kind. I have never received such high service at a coffee shop before. Even at the drive through I have had my day made by a 2 minute interaction because those are the kind of people working here. Keep up the great work and thank you again!

I come here all the time and always had a good experience before I met Alexis on drive through who is not professional, rushing you to order and tried to check me out at least 2 times when I wasn’t done and she forgot to add more stuff at the end. Saying have a good day just because it’s a script and she had to say it.
Also last time they were ignoring my son who tried buying sandwich. I was very disappointed with their ignorance.

Well that’s why 3 stars, because there are good workers also specially Hayley I believe so

I recently visited this Starbucks and encountered a shift manager whose behavior left much to be desired. Danielle's demeanor was consistently rude and overly stern towards the baristas. It was evident that they lacked the necessary interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

During my visit, I noticed that the she was prone to engaging in arguments with customers regarding replacement drinks or refunds, particularly if they believed the customer had received the correct order. This adversarial approach created unnecessary tension and discomfort for both customers and baristas alike.

Overall, my experience with Danielle was disappointing, and it significantly detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance of this Starbucks establishment. I hope management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future.

I highly suggest you skip this location. I spent 10 minutes in the drive-thru waiting for my order, and they made the wrong order. When they finally got my order right, they gave me fewer ingredients because the staff was rushing. It was supposed to be easy ice, but it wasn’t made correctly. The staff member even slammed the window at me. I will not return to this location ever again. This was my first and last time coming here.
