I frequently purchase from this Starbucks, and yesterday I went through the drive-thru to order a cortado, as I usually do. I have been drinking cortados from Starbucks since they were released, and it is the only coffee I order. I am very familiar with how it should taste and how it is supposed to be made.
The coffee I received tasted like a cappuccino, which has a more burnt flavor and is not as smooth as a cortado should be. After leaving the store, I realized the drink was incorrect. Since I was still nearby, I drove back and asked for it to be remade.
Unfortunately, the two baristas were not friendly. I had to drive back to correct a mistake, yet they appeared irritated and impatient when I explained the issue. There was no apology. Instead, one of them tried to argue, saying, “It says on the cup that it’s a blonde shot of espresso and it’s a cortado.” However, the drink was not made correctly.
They remade the drink, and I left expecting the issue to be resolved. Unfortunately, the second drink tasted the same as the first. I did not return again because I felt the result would be the same. I am not sure whether the issue was with the coffee beans or with how the drink was prepared, but the experience was stressful and disappointing.
I spend at least $120 per month at Starbucks, and for the price I am paying, I expect consistent quality and better customer service.

I love this location, but got a little bad experience today. I ordered pecan crunch oat milk latte on the mobile app but when I came to pick up by drive thru, the worker said that it's out of service so I changed to cinnamon dolce latte. At the window I asked about the price and she said cinnamon dolce latte is more expensive and I don't need to pay the extra cost. I said thank you and left, but I checked later and actually pecan crunch latte is 30¢ more expensive. It doesn't matter to me to pay 30¢ more but the worker didn't give me the right information. They didn't check the correct cost and acted as if they were doing me a favor. I'm so disappointed.

I paid $7 for a large iced Matcha and sat through a 15 minute wait and the order is wrong...it was literally just milk and coffee. Waste of time and money

Love this location. Consistently on point unlike other locations in the area. They are always upbeat, efficient, and friendly. If ever there is an issue, they are quick to fix it. They make my pink drink the best every time, even including positive messages at random which really lift my spirits. They also carry some beautiful products I couldn’t find anywhere else. Thanks to manager Nick for having great service and employees. You guys are appreciated! 💗

Their posted hours of operation state this location opens at 5:30am on Sundays, and here I am at 6:10 and the lights are off and the doors are locked and they don’t even have the courtesy of a sign saying “sorry we’re closed.” A very disappointed 1 star.
Charlie hosted a coffee seminar and it was an amazing experience. He has so much knowledge and passion about coffee. You will definitely learn something new by attending. The brews he prepared were a delight along with some treats to enjoy. I highly recommend if you are interested in learning something new about coffee or are just getting introduced to it. Thank you, Charlie and Starbucks, for hosting this wonderful event. :)

I went to this Starbucks location for a coffee seminar. The seminar was facilitated by Charlie Stein. During the seminar, Charlie was informative, engaging, and made delicious coffee. If you have not done a coffee seminar with Charlie Stein, I highly recommend you inquire about it at this Starbucks location. You get to drink unique coffee and learn about the history of the coffee and brewing processes. During my seminar, we learned about and drank coffee from Japan, Guatemala, and Chicago!
Below is a photo of Charlie preparing matcha, which we enjoyed with vanilla bean ice cream, a special treat!
5 star experience!
