Went to this subway for the first time since I was passing it. Found mold in their drink from the soda fountain. Should have read the reviews first!!!!
Since when did subway not allow everything on their sandwiches... you used to pick everything you wanted i was told by the employee no. Then get home and find a hair in my food... never buying there again.

We ordered two footlong sandwiches with bacon and the bacon was undercooked. The quality and quantity was upsetting. Subway is not what it used to be. Plus the prices are outrageous.

Absolutely horrible do not order here, just ordered a foot long and the sauce smells rancid, absolutely horrible taste on the chicken like it’s been sitting for 4 weeks, ordered toasted and she made it in front of me and it was cold when I got it this is horrible. Just plain disappointed

Let me save you time, money, and frustration: DO NOT step foot in this Subway location. This place is a complete joke—and not the funny kind. For the past five years, I’ve tolerated one mistake after another from this store, but after my most recent experience, I’m done. And everyone else should be too.
The staff? Incompetent. Most of them can’t understand basic English, can’t follow simple instructions, and can’t seem to make a sandwich right even if their job depended on it—which it clearly doesn’t. Order accuracy? A coin toss at best. You’re more likely to win the lottery than get exactly what you paid for here.
But the real disgrace is the owner, Priyank. Not only does this man have zero professionalism, but he also has the audacity to accuse paying customers of wrongdoing without even checking facts. No apology, no clarification—just straight-up rudeness and baseless accusations. It’s honestly pathetic. If this is how you run a business, Priyank, you should be ashamed. You clearly have no business being in customer service, let alone managing anything.
And let’s not forget the icing on this moldy cake—when you try to report an issue, the staff will lie to your face and give you fake names. What kind of shady, amateur operation is this? It’s insulting. It’s unethical. And frankly, it feels like a scam.
I’ve kept quiet long enough, but this store finally earned this review. A Subway should be simple—order a sandwich, get what you asked for, and leave. But this location manages to screw that up almost every time. It’s almost impressive how bad they are.
So unless you enjoy being disrespected, lied to, and accused of things you didn’t do, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of Subways out there run by people who actually respect their customers. This place? It doesn’t deserve a single cent.

Ordered online through the app and an item was missing. Issue was reported to customer service and they didn't offer a refund for the item I never received.

I should have reviewed the feedback before placing our order for pickup. My partner and I each ordered a foot-long sandwich. Unfortunately, some of her vegetables, which are included with the sandwich and not an additional charge, were omitted. I ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich, which only had 3-5 pieces of chicken on the entire foot-long. Additionally, the bread was incorrect. I reviewed my receipt to ensure I hadn’t made an error, but it was clearly not my mistake. I have attached a photo of the sandwich and the minimal amount of chicken inside. I requested it to be toasted, but it was cold, and she asked for specific toppings, which were also missing. While I understand that this may seem trivial, given the rising prices of these sandwiches, one would expect them to be prepared correctly. Subway’s suggestion is to return to the store and speak with the employees or inspect the food before leaving. Why should I have to take extra steps to ensure that employees perform their duties accurately? I acknowledge that this may seem like a minor complaint, but both sandwiches were essentially incomplete.
Was told they are closed. When I have over ten minutes before the closing time. When I said I still have time. Was told I don't care. I'm closing.

Waited in line for like 10 minutes while the one worker, at dinner time on a Tuesday, was busy making 4 sandwiches for a customer while 4 of us waited in line.
Also, my sandwich is lacking meat. Like seriously, if I wanted a bread and oil sandwich..like another review alluded to, I would have made on myself.
You can’t actually see them put meat and cuz on the sandwich like the old days..so I have no idea but I think they are just eyeing it.
These franchisee subways are always a rip off. The workers always want to nickel and dime you for a sandwich.
Eating out is already a lose-lose for customers, we know that we are being overcharged due to this inflationary environment we love in. But the experience and food should be worth the value we pay for it.

This was the worst subway experience I have ever had. I ordered a turkey sub and started to eat but realized that it was mostly bread. I counted a few pieces of turkey on the actual sandwich itself. Are you guys rationing the turkey and the vegetables?? I know about the shortage of eggs, but I didn't hear anything about turkey. If I wanted a bread and oil sandwich, I would have ordered one. I came home from a long day of work looking forward to eat my sandwich but was instead met with oily bread. The bag was literally soaked in oil. Somebody must have used it to clean up an oil spill or something. for the $10 i spent, I could have made a bunch more sandwiches with ingredients from the nearby garden fresh. PLEASE do not shop here, unless you want a bread and oil sandwich. The bread was also stale. That crunch wasnt from it being toasted like I requested. I probably could have found better quality ingredients in the dumpster of the nearby supermarket or even the toilet of the taco bell.
