I stopped into Tropical Smoothie this afternoon for a little treat and was absolutely delighted by the two young ladies working, Michelle and Lizbeth. They were just the sweetest girls — so polite, so friendly, and they both had the kind of smiles that instantly brighten your day.

I ordered the Bahama Mama (first time trying it!) and let me tell you, I could taste the love in every sip. It was blended perfectly — not too icy, not too watery, just smooth...

I ordered from the buffalo grove location, and there phone number doesn’t work. I ordered a AÇAÍ bowl and it came with nutella on it (i’m allergic) and it wasn’t even an AÇAÍ bowl it was some dragon fruit thing. In the app there was NO WAY to contact them, even when hitting the “contact us” button it brought me to there website and no way to contact them. I couldn’t call them and even tried another location with no help. $18 down the drain and lost a loyal customer...

This is by far the best tropical smoothie cafe I have ever had. I’ve stopped at multiple locations, the food and customer service are top notch at this location. I will actually drive 30 minutes out of my way to see the staff here. They are incredibly friendly, they do a great job preparing food and smoothies, and they always have a smile on their faces. I come here at least 4 times a week, and the overall experience is incredible.
