We had a great time with my girlfriends on Saturday. Food was delicious, fun music, Christmas atmosphere. Separate thank you to waiter Yana and manager Marat (not sure if got his name right). They were very nice and helpful.

Inexcusably bad. They packed so many tables in there that people on the dance floor kept bumping into our table and knocking things over. I was horrified watching all the wait staff continually fight desperately to get through, sometimes almost tripping (and at least 2 did trip) because there was NO walking room, between all the tables stuffed in there and the amount of people on the dance floor.The music was loud to begin with, but after about an hour it got even LOUDER. I had to leave several times to stand outside the doors to escape the blaring music and my boyfriend and I watched several handfuls of women walking out with their hands over their ears. That was... honestly the most horrific thing about this night. There were a lot of things about this place that upset us but turning the music up PAST loud, to an obnoxious level (where it was beginning to sound distorted) was what made us angry enough to leave our family's birthday event.Another thing was the food was terrible. It was cold, and when the kebab plate with the fire came out (neat trick, but very dangerous considering the wait staff kept tripping and could hardly move through the crowds), the chicken had tiny bones in it and was cold and tasteless. I commented, "I could almost forgive choking to death on this bone if it weren't for the inedible dry, tough, cold meat".They also didn't bother to start bringing out cakes until almost 12:30am. We all kept texting (because no one could hear anyone else! WE COULDN'T EVEN TALK TO EACH OTHER BECAUSE OF THE INSANELY LOUD MUSIC) that it's technically the next day, it's no longer anyone's birthday, and who the hell serves cake at half past midnight?The food came out so randomly, the food was SCARCE, like barely any food available, and it was basically inedible. They'd bring one piece of food, and then the "Talent" would play for 30 minutes before we would get another food item. Then it was 15 more minutes because the wait staff couldn't navigate themselves easily enough to pass the food to all the tables so it was just.... MORE WAITING.This place is honestly a disaster. I've been twice before and it was okay, not great. But this time, as of last weekend, this place took a complete nosedive. I wouldn't host my party here if you offered me the venue for free. STEER CLEAR.

This place use to be really good but sadly not anymore . Food is still good but service is terrible and rude! 1.Kids menu was different for each kid even tho it was suppose to be the same.2. But the worst part is when we loaded our car with flowers and leftovers and the trunk was open and we were standing by the car talking they just walked to the trunk (without even asking or saying sorry) took flowers and left when we asked what's going on "those r not your" it happened twice, without asking looking through our stuff!!! There were many more uncomfortable situations.
