I want to say THANK YOU so much to Whimsy play cafe. They didn’t cancel our party (because of the virus) , we had a great time there! It was clean, nice, prepared place! Sally (hope I wrote right) was so nice. I highly recommend this place!!! Appreciate it!

I brought my 18 month old son today. It’s our first time and my baby has a great time. The place is clean, lots of toys and play area and great place for parents to enjoy some good food and coffee while watch the kids play. Coming back regularly.

Three stars because my daughter enjoys playing here. That said, the customer service sucks. After having been there for an hour, the woman working looked at my daughter and accused me of not having paid when I walked in, and demanded I show her where I signed in, which I immediately did. She said sorry and that she didn't recognize me, but it left me feeling terrible. Plus I had literally interacted with her one hour before that when I paid. I understand there are a lot of people in the room, but come up with a better system (like wristbands that every other play place uses) instead of walking around and questioning whether customers have paid.

Great place to play and eat. All the toys are new and interesting and the food is yummy and healthy. It's all in one large room with different stations, so it's large enough for the kids to have plenty to do, but the adults can just stay in the middle and talk to each other without chasing the kids which I really appreciated. Ours (ages 2-5) played for hours and basically forgot we were even there. Fantastic time was had by all!
I was here a number of months ago for my niece's birthday. The place is super cute and clean! My then 5 year old had an awesome time, and I keep trying to make it back. They always have awesome events going on and looking forward to participating in one soon! What a great addition to the area!

This place is very cute, but we had several issues. I understand it is a cafe and they sell food, but my family has food restrictions and we were not allowed to eat our own food. The price is high for such a small place with toys that could be found at Target. The outlet in the baby area was uncovered. Cute place overall but we will not be going back.

This place is awesome! My kiddos had so much fun here. My oldest is 5 1/2 and she loved all the dress up and play areas, and my son is almost 2 and went nuts for the ball pit area! The place is super clean, well kept, and wasn't too crowded. The food is pretty good too, especially the cafe latte and the mango smoothie! Highly recommend this place for an easy afternoon of fun with the kiddos!

Amazing staff, great atmosphere, and the most fun Birthday parties - Whimsy has it all. Our party room had gorgeous decorations to match the theme, not to mention the most whimsical Christmas tree just in time for the holidays! We love Whimsy!
