Old fashioned Chicago-style hot dog and sandwich joint with a good vibe and terrific food. In an area surrounded by so many restaurants, it feels great to enjoy the simple pleasures I've enjoyed for decades -- staples such as snappy dogs on steamed poppyseed buns, perfectly cooked fries, I-beefs, Merkts cheese, sausages, authentic gyros and so many more. Daily specials are solid deals, and prices are still nicely moderate. Always a smile and a fun attitude on the staff helps...
I haven’t been to wiener take all since high school but I just moved back to the area and I gotta tell you, it doesn’t disappoint. They forgot one of my items and drove it to my house, no questions asked. We will be back! Also, the place is immaculate, super clean!
A group of 5 visiting from out of state ordered carry out for lunch. Everyone agreed the fast food was tasty. We had a small hiccup with one order that missed some of the requested customizations, otherwise great service. I had two hotdogs (chili cheese with onions, and the chard dog) with a side order of fried mushrooms. Good-sized portions. For takeout, the temperature was hot and the food was fresh. If I lived locally, I would return for certain.this was my first experience...
