Service was good. Quick and polite. Food was mediocre at best. Turkey club was on a stale bun. Dry turkey and a couple slices of bacon. Jimmy John’s has a better sandwich for half the price.

Hello, took my wife to this suburban restaurant inside hotel. She had Brussels sprouts appetizer described as phenomenal and her salmon was great too. I enjoyed the French onion soup and the well prepared Marriott burger! Great to have another dining option in Burr Ridge!
This hotel restaurant was not very busy on a Sunday morning. Some ordered from the breakfast buffet, with the usual selection, others ordered off the menu. The menu-ordered food (omelette, hash, banana pancakes, eggs benedict, was nicely prepared, hot, and quite good, with the exception that the poached eggs were over-cooked. Attentive service.
We were here on a Friday evening. The bartender was also our waitress. She directed us to choose our own seat so there was immediate seating. She serviced us right away. There was only one other person there. There was a long wait for our food, but it was to be expected. The food was phenomenal with a nice presentation. We ordered wings as our appetizer and both ordered the salmon dinner. Our waitress provided excellent service.

Food was good and service excellent. Place was empty for a Saturday evening but it was a holiday weekend. Would go there again.
Great food and great service by Angel! He was extremely attentive and provided excellent recommendations.
Ridiculously expensive. We have got fantastic breakfast places all around where you can get quality food! I would rather go next-door to Denny’s and get a value with good service, then overpay for junk. if you’re going to pay $40 for a steak, please, by all means, go to Gibsons! Don’t go here.‼️‼️

It's a hotel bar/restaurant so the atmosphere is always going to be lacking in my opinion. But the pasta I had was good, and the drink pour was heavy in all of the best the best ways.

While spending the night on a business trip, I stopped by Ciazza for diner. Stood at the hostess stand for a seat for a good 20-30 minutes with the waitress and bartender just walking by and ignoring me.While the food looked good, I never had an opportunity to have dinner due to the inability to get seated even though the restaurant was half empty.

Very disappointed. Charcuterie board had items of stale crackers, meats and cheeses that were sub par and expensive, $31 appetizer. Two rib eye steaks were like rubber and hard to cut into, $48 a piece. There was only one person handling the bar and restaurant. There was no manager on duty. We requested a manager to call us to hear about our experience. It’s been several days later and no one has called us about our feedback.

Long, wait, terrible service, and food below average. They should be ashamed to have a Marriott name backing them.

The food was tasty and was delivered in a timely manner; we had the chicken wing app, and pork chop and duck breast entrees. The issue was that the only person working front-of-house was the bartender, so she also had to be the host and server. It took us a very long time to get seated and when I said we had a reservation, she explained that she "doesn't know anything about that" as she did not have access to their system because her manager had the iPad despite not being on premises. She was otherwise very friendly and checked in when available, but the service would have been better if the restaurant was better staffed. I would come back for the food and ambiance, but would hope that there's more staff working.
We were staying at the Marriott SW last night and decided to dine in. We were the only ones in the restaurant and had to wait a little bit for the bartender to take our order. I was a little skeptical. But we were pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was! And we are picky eaters! And the bartender was very pleasant and did a great job. I Highly recommend it.
Pricy. For this price, I would have expected some bread and olive oil or butter served while waiting for the meal.
