We had Jess B as our server and she was amazing. Gave us some great wine options let us have a tasting and helped us pick out the best one for our dinner. I got the chocolate noir which is hands down my favorite Then she got my kiddos orders and made sure they had their food asap which kept them happy and let me enjoy my wine!! I love this location and Jess is hands down the best server ever!

We had a great meal. But the best part was our server Jamale (sp?). He was very attentive without being annoying. He anticipated our needs. He was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. It was my birthday and I had come in from Colorado to spend dinner with my oldest friends. He made our experience wonderful. The food was great as usual and it made my birthday very special.

I just wanted to share some feedback about a really disappointing visit we had to the Burr Ridge location recently. We had a reservation for 6 at 7:30 PM. I get that it's a busy time, but we sat at the table for 16 minutes before anyone came over, and then waited another 10 just to get water. We weren't offered bread, and even after asking, we never got it. We ordered two bottles of wine — the white came after 10 minutes, but we had to ask three separate times for the red. It finally showed up at 8:12 PM, after we'd already finished the white. At that point, we just ordered another bottle to try to get ahead of the delays. We also ordered Tito's Moscow Mules (as we've done before), but the drinks we got clearly weren't vodka-based. When we questioned it, our server acted like we were crazy. Turns out, we were served Kentucky Mules instead — which we only saw on the bill at the end. We ordered three appetizers. Two came out cold. The third didn't show up until after we finished the first two and asked the waiter 2 more times to check on it. Then, when our food came out, we didn't have any napkins or plates. We asked our server and then the manager — both said they'd bring them, meanwhile, our server stood in the corner with his arms crossed, not doing much of anything. Overall, it was just a really bad experience. I've always loved Cooper's Hawk, but this visit made me seriously rethink coming back to Burr Ridge anytime soon, it was disappointing, to say the least.

Opentable Diner

Used to love CH, but our recent experiences have not been good. This was our 2nd time in about 5 weeks celebrating birthdays at the Burr Ridge location. The last dinner was underwhelming with mediocre service, at best. This time, we will not be going back. The service was so slow, the waitresses rarely came by. Bread wasn't even brought out until 20 min after ordering. We were served 6 of 7 meals, said the other would be out soon. Our soup course was never served, never even addressed until we brought it attention of someone who came by to apologize letting us know the 7th meal would be several more minutes. The food we were served was lukewarm, at best. We had all almost finished eating by the time my dad's food finally came out. A couple bites in, he found a long black hair in his food, like smashed into in his sandwich. Definitely not his or anyone at our table. The waitress, or anyone, was nowhere to be found. Eventually someone came to apologize for the missing soup, late entree, and now hair. We were all so put off that no one was interested in our usual desserts. My dad left starving, and we were all grossed out and frustrated at this disaster of an evening celebrating my daughter's 17th birthday.

This location is much better than my Orland Park experience. I highly recommend the Pear Martini or the Jen's French Martini!!! Soo good! The sweet chili calamari appetizer was really good too. The filet minion was tasty. I would sign up for the wine club, it's worth it. Overall had a good time, a good meal and I will be returning for date night. Not to mention it was surprisingly rea$onable for the quality.

Kid-friendliness: Although there were a couple families, this is more of an adult experience

We had a private event and Stephany took incredible care of us. She was polite, bubbly, and really went above and beyond. When I come back to this location and have another private party, I’m going to request Stephany.

This Coopers Hawk location is our absolute favorite. They have the best wine tasting attendants (Brandon, Krista, Amy, Megan and Eric are our favorites). The wine club dinners are the best (shout out to my wine fairy). The service and food is always amazing. I wish all the locations were as awesome as this one!

This, I can say, is one of the best restaurant, experiences šŸ˜‹ the food and service are parallel to none. There is a bar area where you can just hang out and taste different types of wine šŸ·. Then there is the restaurant, I enjoyed the pot stickers and the chicken and gnocchi. If you ever in Burr Bridge IL, it's a good experience.
