Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Burr Ridge

We had the best waitress. She was on point with a very upbeat attitude. Her awesome work ethic made me smile every time she approached. Made a reservation on a Tuesday. Pretty crowded, but we were seated in 10 minutes. Great date night for the hubby and I.

As wine club members we had specials to use and as our son was in town and close to my birthday we decided a good time to go. Our serve staff Larry was excellent. Answered questions, took pains to be sure that what was to be eliminated from the food was done or substitution made. He was fun and kept track of what was going on without hovering. The food was very good, although I have a favorite dish I almost always order and it didn't disappoint. I'm not sure if it was where we were sitting but it seemed much louder than usual. We were in a booth but the three of us really needed to lean close to each other to hear what was being said. Very difficult to just have a conversation. I'm not sure what can be done when the restaurant is totally full but as I walked out close to a couple they said they would not be back because of the noise level. So no longer a good place to go for a special date or romantic evening.

Excellent service with a great lunch menu. Hot, fresh food served quickly. Great wine! And you have to try the chocolate cake.....YUM!

Unfortunately we did not get to eat we were seated at the table in the center of all the tables and were ignored by 3 different servers at the 12-15 minute mark of no one coming to the table not even a water glass drop off we left. Normally I have a good experience at this restaurant so hopefully this was just a fluke of a night.

Stacey's service quality was absolutely stellar!!! She was engaging, personable, energetic, and fast. Her recommendations were sincere and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

The food is always good. No matter what you pick. I have notice the portions have gotten smaller though. But overall good food.

Terrific quiet lunch with a friend over a southwest chicken salad and the highlighted salad I forgot the name of with goat cheese. Our favorites! We were commenting we have been going here for years and the food is always very good.

I've been to several Cooper Hawks. This one is very nice. I usually like the Cooper Hawk restaurants but this one was extremely good food as always was fantastic. Service was good. It was a very busy night so we understood that it was a little slower than usual in receiving our food, but when we got our food, everything is hot And wonderful

The food and the wine selection are the main reason we keep coming back. I just wish that the service would have been better. The server never came to ask us if we wanted something to drink or introduce himself it was only after close to 15 minutes later that we were seated that we had to ask who was our server. I will most likely not return to this location.

David G was our server. He knew the menu and wine information that we were asking questions about. The manager also stopped by our table and checked the bottle of wine we were drinking and suggested a tasting of a new white wine.

Not enough servers. Long wait. Very loud. The person who served us was very nice, but over worked.

This was our first time having Larry as our server. He was fantastic! Very friendly and Welcoming. He was attentive and has great Customer service skills. Our food was good and wine hit the spot . Thank you

We had Jess B as our server and she was amazing. Gave us some great wine options let us have a tasting and helped us pick out the best one for our dinner. I got the chocolate noir which is hands down my favorite Then she got my kiddos orders and made sure they had their food asap which kept them happy and let me enjoy my wine!! I love this location and Jess is hands down the best server ever!

We had a great meal. But the best part was our server Jamale (sp?). He was very attentive without being annoying. He anticipated our needs. He was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. It was my birthday and I had come in from Colorado to spend dinner with my oldest friends. He made our experience wonderful. The food was great as usual and it made my birthday very special.
