Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Burr Ridge

This location has been very bad lately- it's a great location for me in area but will stop going - First it takes forever for service - Then to order - Then we ordered finally took 50 minutes for food to come But the problem was we ordered salads which came but literally 1 minute after the entree came ? Never received the soup that 1 person ordered. We were busing out our table Putting stuff on an empty table next to ours - We also had ordered a side -never came ! We wanted dessert but we were there so long -we don't order We had a 6:30 reservation- we left at 8:50 L Too long - so bad !

I have been to the Cooper's Hawk in Burr Ridge many times. I have always found it to be consistently good. Last night we received excellent service.

Our food was terrible. My husband had the pork shoulder. The meat was dried out I had the gnocchi . It was so salty. The service was very slow. This place has really gone down with food service. The wine tasting experience was great. Next time, we will go for wine tasting and somewhere else for dinner,

The food is always good at Coopers Hawk, and they are always happy to split a meal for us, which they do very nicely. This gives us an opportunity to also enjoy an appetizer course. (Otherwise it would be too much food) Definitely one of our favorite and most visited restaurants. Oh, and their wine is very good and well priced.

Desiree was wonderful! Kept checking in us. Food was fabulous. We do wish you would bring back the soups and tuxedo chocolate but that does not affect the great service.

Very nice venue for a group of 8. Many menu and drink choices. Only complaint this time was that entrees were served suddenly all at once before appetizer dishes were cleared, so diners had to pitch in and consolidate app dishes. This was an unusual occurrence service-wise in my experience; nonetheless, it was a very disturbing one. Our server was not overly pleasant, either, and virtually disappeared after I paid the bill. I understand there may have been reduced staff that evening, but still...

Our server Desiree was wonderful! Unfortunately our food the last few times has not been up to par as compared to other Coopershawk locations. Cold food and not tasting like previous visits This has been going on the last 2 or 3 times we have dined there It's usually a go to for us but may have to try another location until they work things out

We want to thank Josh for always making our time very special. We are always in good hands with him. We also had great company great food and very much the best wine.

Service was good but we had a to go order and they forgot half of it which was disappointing. Again our server was great but not sure what happened with the to go situation

Other than the music that looped for about 10 minutes with lots of percussion (sort of sounded like some one was banging on something in a back room), the ambiance was okay. The music then looped to another song with a pop type of singer. The first loop was very annoying.

There were eight of us, we had a variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts! Everything was delicious! Wine is always solid!

Enjoyed our evening on the patio. Deserie was our waitress who was very attentive and friendly. Large portions...and great service.

The restaurant was clean. Our server was amazing - kind, patient, and hard working. We had a wonderful dinner.

Always a great experience when we have dinner at Cooper's Hawk, and we will continue to return.

The food was great but we had to wait like 20 minutes even though we had a reservation but we understand that it was busy. We were unpleasantly greeted though as when we walked in-it being our first time at this location- we walked to the first counter we saw which ended up being the wine bar but we weren't aware of that yet. I said we had a reservation and the woman behind the counter was scowling at me the whole time, never even said anything, and just pointed at the host station. Other than that the food and wine were great. Get the gnocchi
