We usually have a great experience at this location. However, yesterday when celebrating my mom's birthday, it was a bit unpleasant. Everything started out great, the server seemed nice. We got to ordering, and my fiancé ordered the shrimp scampi. The rest of our party already had our food out, and it wasn't until then that the server came out and told us that they were out of the scampi. We aren't bothered by the fact that they ran out of the dish, she did say...
It was an extremely pleasant experience. The staff was not only knowledgeable & professional but courteous, friendly and welcoming. The food was by far the best I've had in Illinois Coopers hawk locations. We will be back!
