i was here about 2 yrs ago and has pad thai which was delicious. sweet as expected, not spicy. today i went here w coworkers. my idea to go here. i ordered the pad thai again. my coworkers ordered spicy dishes. dishes that you could see the red pepper flakes in. my pad thai came the same way but i tried it anyway. 1 bite and my mouth was on fire. as a former server who worked in many food places i never send food back. this time i had to as i wld get very sick. i told the waitress that my coworker even tried it and said it was spicy. spicier than hers. the waitress said she wld have them remake my dish. i appreciated that but then she made a face when she walked away. the manager comes over to tell me pad thai is sweet not spicy. yes it shld be. but it was so spicy it was not edible. had he tried it he wld have seen that but obviously he isnt going to because i ate out of it. they made me another dish of chicken teriyaki which was appreciated and which was very good however i will not be back based on attitude. it doesnt feel good to be glared at during your entire visit and be accused of lying. i wld never have sent food back just because i did not like it. i think what happened was my food was cooked after my friends who requested spicy food. after all mine came to the table after theirs. considerably after. as good as the teriyaki was the attitudes just left a permanent bad taste in my mouth. do better and change your attitudes. Not everyone is some scammer lying for a free meal. I just wanted what i got 2 years ago because i have food allergies and knew it was a safe dish or thought so. not anymore

The lunch specials gave us many options and were price conscious. Good food. Staff were friendly and on top of customers.

Gross sushi. They say king crab inside but really it's kani kama imitation crab. Both the spicy tuna and spicy salmon are cut with tempura flakes and smell horrible. I almost got sick after smelling them

The waiter (Ava) was absolutely amazing she was so helpful and even gave me son a special treat because it was his birthday last time I didn’t enjoy very much but this time if was a hole different experience and it was so much better thanks to Ava I hope she gets a raise

Everything was so fresh with generous portions. I didn’t expect to be so impressed in the strip mall behind town center. We shared the tuna dumpling which was fantastic, the red dragon, green something and spider roll which were all tasty and beautifully served.

Great place. Quality sushi, and knowledgeable staff. I throw little tests at the sushi chefs for recommendations and roll techniques chasing the umami dream here. The outdoor seating is beautiful, and the indoor atmosphere seems to get better every time with Suttle changes here or there. Great spirit selection, and Sapporo is always on tap. Amazing hibatchi style cuisine. Robbie and his staff are V.I.P. thank you guys for raising the bar.

Actually had reservations somewhere else but accidents on the highway made us stumble onto Dao, and we’re glad we did. Situated in a strip mall of restaurants you would never know it when you walk in the door. Stylish and open the decor was really nice. The food is fantastic, chicken satay was cooled well and the peanut sauce was 10/10. The tom kha gai soup was top notch, and our curry’s were just delicious. They were not only very good flavor wise, they were large enough you take home for dinner. My red curry was loaded with shrimp. We will be back, they also do hibatchi and sushi which we have to try.
