Jonny Cabs/Whisper Room are gems! The vibe/atmosphere is elegant/chic. Great drinks (definitely try their Paloma) and delicious food (how can Brussel sprouts taste so good?!) Vegetarian friendly and my non vegetarian friends loved the lamb dish. Cookie skillet with ice cream will not disappoint!
The staff and management take care of their customers and kind. Live music is a plus with various talents AND they offer salsa/bachata/cumbia lessons too. When you want to go to an intimate speakeasy vibe just walk through their cool bookcase door into the Whisper Room.

Great gem in Burr Ridge. Love the energy from when I walked in. Can’t go wrong with any of the food, fried zucchini was hand cut and perfectly crispy. I got the skirt steak and my husband got the prime rib. Wow on both. Prime rib was spot on. We aren’t easy food critics! This was memorable. The new speakeasy is so cute, definitely a perfect place for a night cap.

Was there recently for a friend's birthday. It was my first time, and probably my last. They had a decent crowd, but it looked like they only had a few staff serving the tables. Ordered a Johnny Cab burger. Asked for med-well. Burger was dry. Fries were bland as well. There was a band that night, so if you stay past 8, I think. They will add $10 to your bill. This would not be a place I would go for dinner.

Walked in a Saturday late night, there was live music unexpected its was wrapping up so there was no cover charge, they let us know kitchen was closing soon we were able to put in a appetizer order which was amazing my husband loved the truffle fries , we also had the special brisket flatbread was delicious . Staff very friendly and management as well! Will be back definitely!

My wife and I came here based on a recommendation and were very pleasantly surprised. It feels like a combo of a supper club and a music lounge. We were there before the band started at 8 and it was very quiet and towards 8pm it got much busier and lively. My wife had the NY Strip which was absolutely fantastic. I had the Prime Rib which was very good as well. The Slider appetizer was solid and the Skillet Cookie was a little small, but perfect for 2 of us. Overall, highly recommended!
I only know of this place cause my fave band FUZE band performs here regularly so I follow them on Fb. Never been so I made my 1st reservation for my moms bday. The day before I check the website and was really shocked to see they charge $10 per person for entertainment. Couldn't believe it so I called them. The person on the phone confirmed it and he was very gracious about it. I decided to cancel the reservation I wasn't expecting the extra charge. It isn't mentioned in the reviews either so pls know that there is a fee for entertainment in this place. I went back to check Fb page and I saw the printing in small letters at the bottom of every post no wonder I had missed it. With that being said I'll prolly come back with hubby and enjoy at some other time.

Lesley at the front reception is so sweet and helped us grab a last min reservation when our other reservation fell through. She really helped accommodate us and was very professional, helpful and kind. This place is awesome! The service wasn’t that good (maybe because the group was spread all over dancing and stuff.. but walking up to the bar wasn’t an issue so it’s fine. The live music was also amazing. This is a nice hidden gem in the burbs, it was nice to get out of the city to find a cool vibe like this! Def recommend checking it out!
